A junction known as an intersection or an at-grade junction occurs when two or more roads meet, diverge, converge, or cross at ground level. A simple way to create intersections in Infrawork will be shown in this lesson. Autodesk Infraworks adds intersections automatically wherever two or more component roads intersect. You can use in-canvas tools or the Stack to adjust and refine intersections, widen zones, turning zones, and lane groups, or convert intersections to roundabouts. You can also inspect superelevated intersection areas when two or more component roads intersect.

Thank you Ahmad Zaid for your question. If you want to change the lane specification, you may go to style pallates and change the lane spect according to your style. For the arrow, I believe there was only one style to choose. Hope this will helps you.
