Why do you say "sine wave"? The 4047 produces a rectangular wave. How do you calculate the number of primary turns required from the resistance and physical dimensions of the secondary?

the cd4047 only gives out a square wave, its a flipflop, asynchronous monostable multivabrator , schmittrigger. should have used a 555 i think that can give a sinusoidal output. I use to make mine from 2x bc547's 0or 2n2222, i use to buy a transformer kit with a pre-wound primary (used in reverse) anyway WELL DONE, "I like the transformer less invertors now lol"
The 555 can't produce a sine wave any easier than a 4047 can but you can get an approximation from either by filtering the output. In the case of the 555 you can apply the filter to the voltage across the main timing capacitor, which is vaguely triangular to start with and a little easier to filter than the main rectangular wave output. However in the case of this video no filtering is applied.
Mosfets driven with sine wave signal in a simple push pull coniguration is not for high power because you use the transistors in linar mode if drive signal rises too slow and the mosfets create no sine signal on the output if you drive them with a simple sine wave on the gate. In sine wave inverters you use PWM modulation and output filtering like in digital amplifiers to create a sine wave output.
