If Joe Biden is coherent enough to debate then he should have been charged in the documents case.
For every demand from Biden (i.e. mic's cut off, sitting) Trump should be able to demand (drug test, etc.) Fair is fair.

They usually consist of a certain % in some number of national polls, and having their name appearing on a certain number of state ballots for the job.

So, if CNN’s rule is 20% in at least 3 polls, and name on 30 ballots, and Kennedy has 19% in 15 polls and his name on 29 ballots, he still isn’t allowed to the debate.
