Such a wonderful video and I share so many of your sentiments! I have just finished his autobiography, Room to Dream and finally watched the last two films of his I’ve been putting off (Elephant Man & Dune) I have a feeling I’ll be appreciating his art the rest of my life but I wanted to see as much as I can before he passes and I hope to learn TM as soon as I can. He has inspired so many of us not to copy him but to follow our own unique obsessions and curiosities filtering them into our work unapologetically and staying true to the ideas we have without compromise.
I still have to see Elephant Man. Probably the only thing I haven’t seen of his be it shorts or features. I’m a fan of Mel Brooks, Anthony Hopkins, and John Hurt so it’s crazy that I’m behind.

A great video about one of the greatest artists.
