ohmy, same!! i tried not turning on the wifi for 3 days and i ended up tidying up my whole room and decluttering my clothes and shoes!! it was vv helpful! i was also able to plan for the blog i'm trying to make hopefully before the end of this year💖
I love this ideaaa. I might try doing this but in a less intense way so whenever I’m in a room, I’ll have my phone in another or in a purse. I want to cut back on my Twitter time because wow im always on there

what i did recently after watching lots of minimalism videos was to turn off ALL of my online notifications (so the only notification on are calls and texts) so that my phone won't beep much and i won't get pressured to check my phone when i'm doing something + it makes me feel like i'm control because i only check social media whenever i feel like ittt
Love it ❤ talked to some people about me wanting to have less screen time and I feel more like myself but it's totally weird 😅 Except for calls texts and important emails I won't really use it. I wanna try a bit of podcasts and music without looking at a screen or scrolling for hours ❤ Let me know if you tried out this challenge too 🤍
