Sanjay Nawandhar secured AIR 1 in the CA Final exam held in May 2014 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Today, Sanjay is a principal at Boston Consulting Group.
Sanjay wanted to become a cricketer but when he sat down to choose a career path for him, he decided to choose CA because he was fond of finance and numbers.
His elder sister inspired him to excel in the finance sector. He secured an AIR 6 in CA Foundation, AIR 2 in CA Inter and AIR 1 in CA Finals.

Why the cement company had to take the services of this consulting firm to find the solution to their problem especially when that cement makers have already 20-25 years experienced employees ?
Does this not mean that the cement majors hire/recruit & promote only duffer/gaddhe 🤪employees or the top brass of cement companies do not trust the capability and competency of their own workforce ❓

How does a job seeker ensure that the BUDDY provided by the consulting firms is trustworthy and not a spy/mole 🕵whose actual job is to understand the psyche of the candidate under the guise of guidance/assistance to him in preparing for the interview and secretly pass all collected information to higher-ups.
Why this drama/nautanki of 3-4 rounds of day long interview ? Do these top bosses have so much time free or they want to brag/boast about their achievements to the job aspirant during interview process ?
In the corporate world, there are many hidden sycophants/bootlickers🥾 thriving by only doing work of providing inside information to the office-politics playing management about what other employees👨⚕👩⚕ talk amongst themselves
