- Meet the Expedition, new from Taurus. Taurus' first ever bolt action rifle, available in 308 Winchester with other calibers coming soon, is built from the ground up with hunters in mind. It's already been tested in the fields of South Dakota, the plains of Africa, and endurance tested with thousands of rounds, while still maintaining sub-MOA accuracy.
Nobody should ever mount a scope that high over the bore.
MSRP on this is over 900$? is Taurus out of their minds? Why would anyone buy this when they can get a Bergara, Tikka, Savage, Howa etc for equal or less? Taurus does not have a reputation to justify this price. If this was 4-500 yes id get one. But not for that price. I hope no one buys this, if they do they don't understand what they could get for the same money.
Imagine going to shoot long ranger and telling people you shoot a taurus.
Find me a rifle in this price range that has all these features.
You won’t, because it doesn’t exist.
Keep hating
Intresting choice showing the wounded deer.
The deer was pretty well dead, sometimes animals run after they’ve been shot
@@MrRevolver I wasn't talking about the shot that put it down. It was definitely wounded before the shot shown in this video.
@@MrRevolver I'm sure that no one who'd watch this ad knew that deer can run after being shot, thanks for the lesson
lol okay weirdo
@MrRevolver At 35 seconds, it's obvious that the deer was already poorly hit before the shot you showed ultimately put it down. While it's a realistic scenario, I find it odd that Taurus included it in the advertisement. Taurus has or had a relationship with the folks at MeatEater; you should have run this by them first for an opinion from people in the hunting community.
Concerning to show an injured deer in their advertisement.
The deer wasn’t injured
Oh no! Heavens forbid that you show what the gun is intended for in the advertisement. Keep buying your meat from grocery stores and leave harvesting game to people with the intestinal fortitude to clean game and not be offended.
