Another way that I as a Sigma Male am intimidating: Japanese-American, born in Seattle in 1973, male and heterosexual. I lift a lot of arm weights, and after I earn it there, then I go shoot baskets. I keep records of my monthly weight lifting quotas, and my shooting records on my computer and Android. I WRITE down what I do on paper, then take a PICTURE of it, and store in on my Android. Totally benign stuff. But, I look so FOCUSED when I am writing, standing at the counter or sitting at a desk. I look like an NFL coach or coordinator, sitting up in the booth, writing stuff down, or working on the computer. People don't know what I'm thinking or writing, but they can see my intensity and focus and seriousness when I write my stuff down.
So long story short, I ve been followin such way of thinking channels not long ago, like 7 8 months ago. I finally found out that I was somehow exceptional, like 1% of the people around me (never believed that percentage if you want my honest opinion). I found out why I acted like that in that situation and why I cant find a girl or having friends etc. I stopped being a drama queen ever since and kept many thoughts on myself instead of making em public and being humiliated about how most people think and act. I also did dumb IQ tests to prove the obvious, read tones of books when reading in the past was a rare condition, learnt a lot bout myself, quit hating mostly myself and the rest of the world, quit depression and sad vision of life... but stuck in the cult of being an exceptional man that dominates them all. I stopped evolving somehow, kept familiarizing with the inner thoughts of a stranger in youtube or other social media stood there for a while... Thing is that all deep thinking and stuff is a false loop that makes you stable or maybe worse. Knowing yourself or starting to know yourself is a great start but dont fall for that. Evolution is the purpose !
