I bought a pair of these two days ago. Sound is tinny unless in it's natural format but can be changed with the eq after you download the app. Anyone thinking of buying these who will use them to go running or ride a bike with them DO NOT DO IT. Any wind resistance and it sounds like you are in a hurricane...regardless of whether you have noise cancelling on or not. With ambient sound on it nearly blows your ear drums. FIne for using inside though.

Big plus for inflight use, the noise cancelling also works with the aux cable, where many brands only have anc on blue tooth

I know this is probably late, but I use these still and I love them. I use them only with my PC and phone indoors, for any sound I want to hear through them. I like that I can turn on noise cancelling to tune out noise, or shut it off so I can hear the kids while in meetings. I do only have one complaint and I'm not even sure what the feature is meant to do. Anytime the earphone moves away from my ear, or just slides, or I chew or talk even, quite often it will randomly make an ascending and descending tone pattern. I'm guessing for lifted away from ear, placed back on ear, however it does it at times when I didn't even do much to trigger it. What is it? Can I turn it off? I assumed that it was intended to auto pause/resume, but it doesn't do that in any of the scenarios that I've used them in. Over all they are awesome headphones for my purposes and I would likely recommend them to others, as long as I let them demo mine first to see this one slight annoyance. If anyone has a tip on it or I just need to upgrade my gear, I'm all ears :)

You could try deactivating “auto play & pause” within the app.

Really thinking about grabbing a pair of these. I have the older BT400 series that I use for my bus ride to work and these look like a really nice upgrade. Tried the Beats Solo Pros and they were just awful. Granted, I should have known that but I figured I'd give them a shot.

Hey, I got Live460NC from Amazon and found an issue nobody is able to help me with. When I put pressure on the inner side of the left earcup - the headphone plays a very short signal as if something was connected, and when I release the pressure from there - there's a signal as if something got disconnected. I don't think it has anything to do with voice assistants, although I could be mistaken. Any help highly appreciated, I'm probably gonna send them back tho. If it's the sound they made by default whenever your left earcup touches your ear, then good luck with that lol. The sound is already haunting.

Pair your headphones to your cellphone and link them to the JBL app, there you need to deactivate the assistance of alexa and google so when you touch the left earcup they doesn't wake up.

This is the voice assistant function. It’s literally in the user manual.

A handful of them still stand out a bit, but there are a lot of good options from most of the players nowadays.
