There's a couple of ways to do it. One is to press and hold down the play button for at least 5 seconds. Another way is to look at the hole for the aux in at the back of the device. If you look inside that aux hole, there's a button in the back and you can stick a needle or something similar to push that button which will do also do a reset for the device. Hope this info helps. How to use the Aux function? I got the line in but it continues try to connect to Bluetooth..tried play with the mode button but it keeps doing the blinking blue light.

Funny I ran into the same issue recently. What I found out is that some 1/8 to RCA cables might have a slightly shorter 1/8 tip. When I switched out to a different cable, it automatically turns the light up top into red instead of blue which meant it was in aux mode. Try a different cable and it might just fix your issue.

I bought mine last November. And now, a year later, it started turning on by itself randomly looking for BT connection, and there is no way to turn this thing off.

I bought this crap on Amazon never received a USB cable charger had it for a couple months and now it won’t charge. What can I do to fix it any ideas 💡

Oh man, I would've returned it as soon as I found out that it's missing something. That might have been a sign that there was something wrong with the unit and that it was a return or something. I would try charging it using a phone charger but if that doesn't work, there might be an issue with the usb jack itself. If that's the case, Im not really sure what else would be a viable approach other than to try to take it apart and try to fix it yourself. If that's too much of a hassle, I would just invest on another bluetooth speaker to replace it since Amazon has other offerings that might be a good value as well since they're having a lot of sales on items like it for the holidays.
