You do 2 points of damage, but the max you could do is 1 point to the FEC because there was already 1 point of damage to I1. At 21:33, you roll a 2 for the convoy raiding submarine (which has a +2) and a 2 for the defending convoy line (which has a +1). You do 1 points of damage, but the line was already maxed. 22:11, you roll a 6 for the coastal raiding submarine (which has a +1) and a 5 for the defending line (which has a +1). You take 1 off ANZAC. 22:24, At 21:33, you roll a 2 for the convoy raiding submarine (which has a +2) and a 2 for the defending convoy line (which has a +1). You do 1 points of damage, maxing out the damage.
