The thorns armor bug happens because you don't have enough stats to wield your weapon one-handed. The reason I know this is because the same thing happened during your first Use what you see randomizer run from several years ago(which I'm currently re-watching for the 100th time). It's kinda funny hearing you say "that never happened before!" when I saw you go through it just a few days ago lol. Of course, for you it's been a few years.
Just wondering, I’m not that familiar with DS1 so I’m probably missing something but could this route be faster by grabbing Daughter of Chaos bonfire after ringing Quelaag’s bell? That way he could just warp to it after Lordvessel and cut out a large part of the run from Firelink to Bed of Chaos
That would "save" him to that bonfire. That way he cannot use a homeward bone to warp back to firelink shrine. Meaning he will have to run up thru blighttown (way faster down than up).
Common misconception, takes longer to climb up back to Firelink after touching the bonfire than any time saved versus running to the bonfire from Firelink after gaining warp. Does obviously add more risk.
@@JallenMeodia Oh, can you not warp to it later if you only touch it and don’t sit at it? I didn’t know that, I assumed you could still activate it for warping just by having touched it (which doesn’t set it as your respawn bonfire in DS1, so you would still be able to death warp/homeward bone back to Firelink after Ceaseless).
it's not supposed to incentive memberships, it is more to reward y'all that do. soy asked me if we wanted to try allowing members in before the already scheduled time anyway. An example would be I upload the vod in the morning and with my release schedule it might not release until 10am next day or so. If it's already processed and ready to go before then, members could access it. I'm not telling folks to subscribe for early access or anything. ultimately I don't really care, it was just a new feature I think
As a non-member I can’t imagine anything being affected by some people getting the videos slightly earlier, if the regular upload schedule isn’t delayed then nothing changes really (and personally I think even if it did that’s fine, it’s not greedy to want to get paid for your job)
I can second this; the only reason we started using "members early" videos is because: we schedule the videos generally before and after Lobos' stream time (e.g. 10-11AM and 6-7PM CT) while they are processing to full resolution. Scheduling helps us do better in the algorithm and sets up an easy workflow for publishing videos from Twitch to RUclips. But some videos might finish processing earlier than their scheduled publish time, and I figured - with lots of people in the live chats asking "where can I watch part 2 of this playthrough?", "when will this video be live?" etc. - it would be a nice treat for them to have it as early as possible since they've been looking forward to it so much. Rest assured that we're NOT delaying videos going live at all! It's just a "free treat" that fits in to trying to please the YT algorithm and allowing the vod to have enough time to process to full resolution.

Artorias is disabled in these randomiser runs because he causes way too many crashes.

Why does Lobos tend to guard while 2 handing weapons? Just a habit or does it give any benefit?

@@eldonhill4840 in remaster you just have to light it, in original if you didnt sit at it then its not in your list to warp to
