Después de ver como 100 videos, por fín encuentro el que se acomoda a mi necesidad y mi gusto. Lo haré sobre una base de concreto (para no agacharme tanto) y como es pequeño, al lado haré un fogón de una boquilla. Al fín tendré fogón y parrilla. Genial!

You need to add one more layer of bricks to the front, so the heat goes up and doesn't escape from the front.
Also, you should have provided some holes at the bottom to get fresh air in for better cooking. Fire needs oxygen.

Simply put tawa on it to heat and then make air fluffy your roti by directly putting it on grill while using a chimta
Im digging the blue mortar. I do have a question regarding the grill material in the opening of the video. It looked like galvanized hog wire. If anyone decides to build this or something like it dont use that wire for a grill. One it will sag and break quickly when it gets hot and its toxic if galvanized. Also the joints are spot weled and after a grill or two the joints will break loose if the metal doesnt droop all the way down into the coala by then. The build looks great.

The front is very open so I expect more than enough air from below. If he puts an old oven roasting tin in the bottom it can collect ash.

Just finished mine at 10pm texas time. Burnt chicken by 10 20 dumbass time. I will be enjoying chicken char char. Attn. If any hockey teams need pucks let me know. I can cookbthese a bit longer and be able to mill them out to pucks by tomorrow. I choose to see the positive points. Im 295 lbs. I could miss a meal.

@@CraftVillage turns out the first batch werent burned as badly as i originally thought. I whipped up a new marinade and it did turn jet black but it wasnt xmcgarred like i thought. It was actually pretty good and had a hell of a bite to it. Now its brewing in a big pot with cilantro salsa ,red onions, diced tomatillos,jalapenos, habaneros,spices,and stewed tomatos. Ill get to eat dinner around 3 am if all goes right.
