I don't think they're saying that. They're saying they could have played better (when you aren't the victor, you have to think that way). They have mad respect for the Sooners. Hell, I have mad respect for them. A classy org all around (especially T. Jennings...I can never hate on her because she's such a quality individual)
You sure don't know the rules. It's called the infield fly rule. The ball the catcher supposedly caught came out and hit the wall. Don't comment on things you know nothing about. You sound like Florida State fans !!!
Well the umpires or referee called an uncaught ball (that struck the girl fielding the ball on the Sooners) an out, I don’t know all the rules and honestly don’t care to but if someone does not catch a ball for whatever reason it’s not an out. Then the catcher on UCLA caught a foul pop up and said umpires or referee didn’t honor it as an out. I stopped watching the game after that because it was absolutely clear to me the umpires or referees were focused on manipulating the win for the Sooners and that has nothing to do with the best team winning so Bruins in my book you were the better team AND WON!!! Games should not be manipulated for an intended winner. I don’t think our world could get more toxic!!! Hey men, what happened to “with great power comes great responsibility”? Let me guess that doesn’t sign the checks or sell your soul right!!!
@@rayanderson6871 I don’t know if I agree with that. Palacios’s catch was initially ruled an out, and with the camera angles provided I really cannot see how you could have confidence the ball hit the wall. If it was initially called safe I’d have no issues with that not being overturned though. That being said, an extra out after the only run of the game was already scored realistically never affects the outcome. As a ucla fan, Oklahoma deserved the win.
Major prompts to UCLA . Not many teams can hold the Sooners to one run. The Sooners were fortunate to get the win, but I'll take it.
Whatever man, Not many teams can shutout UCLA,😮
@@BubbahotepEagleYa well we just did
As a SOONER. This could still be the championship match up. UCLA is a very good team. Coach was right "One pitch away" Boomer Sooner in the end.
You think ucla can beat texas twice
@@leoshottest34 Quit possible
Is it possible, sure. Likely, no.
@@calvinsmith5671 That's why they play the games.
@@michaelhapgood782 Correct. At the end of the day it’s gotta be settled on the field.
I just hope UCLA takes out Stanford and their whining coach.
Great battle between the titans of College Softball. I hope we can see them in the World Series.
That was UCLA's first loss in the postseason
Only one of them can go to the world series.
UCLA is in Texas' bracket (not overlooking the #1 seed at all) vs OU's
@@bryanricks6864 You're right, I didn't realize UCLA was in the Texas bracket because they played Oklahoma.
So Oklahoma didn’t beat them they played bad. What a joke

Ucla is a bunch of whiners, we didn't score 1 run but, but ,but
What is meant by 1 pitch better. Maxwell pitch over 100 pitches to them and still couldn't get it done.

UCLA frosh pitcher should show some respect, said “f that b” about Jayda in game LOL then took that L.
So, little to no respect for the team that just beat you. That says a lot...
Coach seemed a little uncomfortable on the dias.

Waaaaaa waaaaa, mommy they cheated, they beat us but we really won, we didn't score any runs but I feel we won, waaa waaa😂
Both calls were correct information according to the rule book

Umpires do not win games.
