You connect it to your shopify shop or install on your website if you're not on Shopify. Then the pixel will be selected on the audience/ad level based on what you are optimizing for.

When I turn OFF the "dynamic destination" option, TikTok is then able to track a bit better, but the results appear to be much worse (based on overall TT Shop revenue). Thanks for this video Chase! Biggest issue we're having is properly syncing our products on Shopify and being able to actually fulfill orders on TikTok Shop. We got a TikTok Shop order and there wasn't a button to print the shipping label. Support couldn't help us and we had to refund our customer :(
One way to improve this is using Sirge. We have many clients that are significantly under reporting their orders form their Shopify store and TikTok ads. Setup Sirge ad tracking to be able to attribute accurate sales from your TikTok Ads. Here is the tool: apps.shopify.com/sirge-3

How do you select a pixel?

Thanks for the vid! Does TikTok Shop send customer email over to Shopify? Same data as if it were a direct Shopify sale?
If you integrate it with Shopify the sales data and customer order information will show up on Shopify yes!

Turn off dynamic destination and try using Sirge.com
