Rust-oleum "Sun Yellow" is a great match for JD Yellow. It's only 6.95 here in Florida. I actually like it better as it's just a touch deeper yellow.

The paint on my JD deck was coming off in large sheets due to poor powder coat adhesion, ended up sandblasting the deck, giving it 2 coats of POR15 and then 2 coats of glossy black chassis paint, 5 years on it so far and it doesnt show any signs of peeling/flaking off

I have a JD D110 riding mower with the same deck radius as yours and the same problem with the deck the brackets I guess they're called you welded, mine are bad also so I guess I need to find a welder before the deck breaks.

Yup, they need to be welded before the deck falls off…..

Por 15 rust paint. Por 15 prep solution, Gravel guard coating. Rust coat John Deere yellow.

What grit sand did you use? I’m going to repair mine

Coarse was 80 grit, fine was 400.

Bought on amazon. I use a (oilless) compressor to blow Air into it.
