Y'all this is the vibe that Assassins creed brought to the table, there'll never be anything like it, i remember being like 8 and in love with Assassins creed, my brother had his own home-made hidden blade he was that into it. I still have the Spanish rapier he used for what you'd call cosplay i guess but we didn't see it as that, it was a great thing to be part of. My other brother filmed an assassination video even lmao. Pplaying valhalla this day and I'm 16 now.
You know, despite playing almost every Assassin's Creed game all the way from the original, I found myself genuinely loving Origins. There was something thrilling about Roman Civil War-era Alexandria. And Bayek and his wife made incredible protagonists. I learned so much playing that game. But putting aside the silly leveling mechanics what I loved most was the way the combat felt fresh, new and genuinely challenging, no longer just a "mash one button to win" affair. If anything it felt like a fusion of Dark Souls and Batman: Arkham games, and that is not at all a bad thing.

Immature Gaming ezio doesnt s##k i mean i appreciate that you put connor at top but ezio is cool too but seriously tho i find connor a way better character than ezio
Immature Gaming lemme drop some of my knowledge real quick, Connor has no personality he’s like stone,he was not trained well and his bloodline is terrible unlike ezio who is directly related to Altair but I’ll get to that later, Connor is also stubborn and he’s a flat out jerk who is only out for revenge plus he only fought an army of redcoats while ezio pretty much took out an entire army of Templar knights all in one settings which are actually just as skilled as assassins as seen in AC 1 but that’s not all of it,Connor got knocked out by a REGULAR OFFICER,he was bested by one man that was wielding a baton while for ezio it took a like hundreds of Templar knights,even when he was distracted he still made an effort to block it and it was a man with a giant axe while Connor just got hit by a baton and got knocked uncounscious by one random cop, and Ezio is a charismatic character.he has a great personality unlike Connor who is like stone and barely has any personality,even Batman has more personality then Connor and Batman had a lot of his family Members and close friends die,and he can still be somewhat lively and friendly like in the animated series and Batman Arkham asylum where he chuckled in one of the dialogues, also Connor was young when he took down that army of redcoats, Ezio was old and frail when he took down all those Templar knights! He was losing his edge,imagine the younger ezio going against those Templar knights! And this is why I prefer Ezio to Connor and think he should have ben a little higher on this list,thank you for your time Edit:I realized I didn’t talk more about ezio and Altair being related -_-
