    9 weeks and really struggling with fatigue and nausea. Cried the whole way through this workout but so proud of myself for getting on the mat. Thank you for putting these out!

    Hi mam, I'm a person with diastasis recti (younger kid is 2.5 yr old) as well as L4 ,L5 disc bulging issue. Could you please do a video with the exercise that can be done in such situation? I haven't retained my tummy 😢
