in this case you need to take your set to a professional software repairer
You can visit customer care . They can flash stock rom. Then your imei will be restored.

After gone my imei repaired from mobile repairing shop but after flashing rom one IMEI gone again
if you did not make backup before flashing and some how loss imei then only with custom rom you can get both imei be working, but with stock only 1 imei will be working
without back up kasa kara mara flashing ka bad imei ur gaya

backing imei does not requires official stock or custom rom, what ever rom u have, boot into recovery and make abackup, but your set must have stock imei numbers before doing backing up

dear, getting back imei numbers is to flash the stock rom back on the set, incase still numbers are not showing then you need to take the set to service center, because eng rom ned to be flsh via edl mode
