Hi Louise, could you do a video on how to do the outside trail of a piece where the trail and shapes share a line of pins. I'm trying your Spider Chrysanthemum Design (Pattern 18), and I'm not sure by the middle/common row of pins is meant to be worked. Thank you
Thanks for the comment. On the pattern you mention, the middle pin hole is where the workers from the half stitch shape meet the workers from the edge passives, work them together, pin and then cover pin with the two worker pairs returning to their respective areas. In other laces this can be worked differently but that's the technique for this pattern.
@@LouiseWestLace Thank you for your reply. I think I understand how to work it now. Still winding bobbins and working out a good starting point, but I'll look forwards to doing some bedfordshire for a change as I've been doing a lot of buckspoint reacently
