Stan is replaced by Hunter, a hip teenage android who helps Aaron Stone battle The General, but ends up short circuiting and thinks his new mission is to destroy Aaron Stone. Now, Stone needs to find a way to save himself and destroy Hunter before its too late. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Charlie, a Code Ten (dismantlement) has been ordered for Stan.
