Good luck mate! As a Chelsea fan, Petrovic is the number 1 and it's his to lose. He's been excellent and Sanchez was poor before the injury. I doubt Sanchez plays again this season.

Keep the brighton stack, sell other prem players to get some money, prioritize bundesliga new season and play the prem old season to win new season cards and maybe after some rewards, you can play in both competitions
