Hey thank you very much. There is a filter in DAAD to look particularly for zero Fees programs. Regarding scholarship every course is valid to apply for. But you need to apply separately for it.

If the course says you have to apply through uni assist there is definitely an application fee of 75 euros. If it's directly through a uni website site its generally free
