@@CriticalBeing u ask lazami people they are the one who migrated from kezhakeno among sumi.... every year they used to held program....that time you join them and ask lazami people....
Some more tribes relate their migration to the present day settlements to Khezhakenoma. And every tribe will have stories that are similar to one another. The missing link is that there are no written records. I also hold the Angami, Chakhesang and Sumi brotherhood in high esteem. The only thing I want to ask is, Why did the Sumi menfolk discard the use of mekhala/kilt worn by the elder brothers and started wearing loin cloth? I believe some Anthropologists will bring up more interesting stories in the future.
I think you should take some lessons on History and human progress through the ages. The Loincloth is one of the earliest forms of clothing, and may have originated from a narrow band around the waist that held decorative and amuletic pendants. Inorder to wear clothes, one must have weaving technology. The loincloth is by no means the successor of the Kilt in fact its the other way around. If we are to reverse engineer Naga history. We will observe with ease that most of our ancestors were naked/Semi naked. It is said that the Sumi's must have adopted the lengtah or Langtah from Lotha's. And also the protective Guard affront the lengtah from other trans tribes. due to its varied designs across Sümi country. Therefore, its not that Sümi menfolk discarded the use of the kilt, but it never reached the point of furthering its weaving technology just like many trans tribes, they found it convenient and in tune with their surrounding so they kept the loincloth. Weaving technology took time to spread. FYI learn to differentiate Wrap around and Kilt. The Angami's or the Tenyimia people generally wear kilt due to their close proximity with the Meiteis and Kachari people. The term "loincloth" was first recorded between 1855 and 1860.

Do not falsely fabricate original stories passed on to us by our ancestors. If stories are makeup to suit our own imaginations, the real and origin of the Nagas will be lost. I don't deny that they are brothers, but remember that Chakhesang is not a person as narrated in this video. Chakhesang is a recently coined word from Cha= Chakrü, Khe= Khezha, and Sang= Sangtam. @@JoyBoy-s2u every tribe and even villages this story differs little bit
But the common thing is that all the 3 tribes sumi, chakhesang and angami say this magical stone story which is amazing and it is the indication that the 3 tribes are related and at one point of time lived together.
Because if it is not the case ,all the 3 tribes wouldn't say the same story (though it differs little bit) having common story of this magical stone by 3 tribes and also oral history passed by by all the 3 tribes saying we were brothers and came from khezakeno is the strongest evidence of oral word pass down which can be legitimate in the claim of 3 brothers from 1 father.
Considering the fact that the first place they settled at is at Khezhakeno, a Chakhesang village, I think Chakhesang is the eldest. Also Koza is a Chakhesang name.
Real one is Angami eldest

A kind request 🤌 if you can kindly narrate this same story about Kezhakeno from Sumi's perspective.
Thanks for bringing out this amazing story

Then why sumi are not involving tenyemi, that means these three tribes brothers are tenyemi.let god bless three brotherhood
My favorite channel its so relaxing listening to all the stories...

Though the story goes on and on, the true fate in reality is quite different 😂😂😂..... Angami and Sumi can never be friends
Thnks for sharing man😢
Angami can marry sumi, sumi can marry chakesang and chakesang can marry Angami...
Watching every comment of Sumi ,angami n chaksang🤣
About the mao folk tale but i didn't knew the three brothers went to the separate ways like this 😅😅
Yimkhiung and Chakesang❤
Do not falsely fabricate original stories passed on to us by our ancestors. If stories are makeup to suit our own imaginations, the real and origin of the Nagas will be lost. I don't deny that they are brothers, but remember that Chakhesang is not a person as narrated in this video. Chakhesang is a recently coined word from Cha= Chakrü, Khe= Khezha, and Sang= Sangtam. Twisted stories are leading the Nagas astray from the original stories and we shall never find our origin in this manner.
I'm wondering if we see our Forefathers history, ANGAMI CHAKHESANG AND SUMI were Brothers So originally should be call Tenyimi brothers but how Tenyimi was included Rengma and Zeleing and not included Sumi??? Please share about this????
@@MISSNAGAWARRIOR Sumi they didn't accept Tenyimia because they believe that Chakhesang and Angami betrayed them
Makhel is just a transit route but some misinterpretation goes on to say they nagas despersed from there...

According to this .
We can say Sumi also Tenyimia ...?
Or ?
Yes,But sumi been the youngest...
Alop spoilt ase and they didn't want to include as Tenyimia.
@Fromhills381 actually it was the rude, selfish elder brothers 😂 being the youngest he didn't have power and strength to ask for his right so ..how comes you're talking about spoil?😂 See your negative mentality this is the reason why sumi were not included by people like you u have a hatred evil mind.
lol.. spotted a sumi who can't take the truth about himself.. 😂😂 come on, accept it.. we don't hate you for it.. every brother has its own ups and downs. You don't need to deny the truth and twist the story to be loved by others. We are all one, and we should promote LOVE.. but.. with the TRUTH.. not by twisting the story.
