The Knicks draft pick that they picked up looks really good the one they got second round. I would trade him for a quality center and Robinson maybe a guy like Kessler. Robinson is nice but always hurt. Just sign Precious put him in a backup roll and trade for Kessler. Kat doesn’t play tough like Randle does. Yes Randle gets hurt but they already have depth behind Randle.

I think he is here so they can upgrade the center position. I saw the Knicks summer league game against the Nets and even though they lost the #34 pick in the draft looked very impressive. I think the Knicks feel that they can trade away McBride to improve the center position and not get hurt by doing that.

Marsh. I recently has my wisdom teeth out. I didn't feel anything and I was awake in the chair. My dentist numbed up my gums then gave me a few injections and I was right to go. It took him 5 mins or so to remove each too maybe even less time. Take care.

- I watched 15-20 Knicks games this year, and McBride struggled keeping the ball in front... Granted, we have a pseudo 90's activity level to our shell, and we were in a lot of scramble situations in the games I saw. Regardless, McBride is a non pg who can get his own & can go off in spurts, which is exciting to have in our bag of weaponry. - I like the Alperin guy from Houston. His savvy on the offensive end enhances what Hartenstein brought to our offensive chemistry... And he is a reliable set shooter from 3. / Robinson is best off the bench with capped minutes, and particularly valuable vs 5's who regularly receive the ball with their back to the basket. / Sims seems to be a 2 way contract guy, and it appears that's Hukporti's ceiling is about the same. / I personally am not a big KAT fan, beyond his price tag, there's something about him that doesnt sit well, but thats just me. - We have an excellent defensive 4 in Achiewa, and after what he showed defensively vs Embid, a guy who is a quick off the floor jumper comparatively speaking to most 7 footers... an above average block defending 5 and a way above average pick n roll defender for a 5. I believe Marshall has said his wingspan is 7'4", He has plenty of length for the 5, and is obviously more versatile than most bigs... The Celtics have committed to being the best spaced team on the offensive end with 5 shooters, and not re-signing Achiewa heading into a season where he perhaps should be our first 4 and first 5 off the bench, is perplexing. - Archdinocchio makes no on court sense. However, like Payne, perhaps it's a locker room thing. Kolek is already a high end set shooter from 3, and already displays the rarity of an efficient pick n roll pg... And we are in the pick n roll with JB 75% of the time anyway. - Keeping McBride and Achiewa makes a lot of sense. - At the end of the day, Payne ensures that we have even more of a boatload of depth in the back court.
@@51disco Dude, Brook is better than Mitchell and Hartenstein in almost every aspect, he has a much larger repertoire than both, but he has 3 fewer rebounds per game on average and that's all you see? We already have Hart and Randle who are great rebounders. He has good movement, make screen, picks & rolls, alley oops, paint protection, has the height and physical size to hold off Embiid (or LeBron, Doncic, Jokic and etc.), makes it difficult for opponents to shoot, is a good 3-point shooter, is good in both attack and defense. And there's no injury-prone. Bucks are likely to trade him for some picks, it's a great deal. Capela has much fewer resources. The only thing he excels at is rebounding.
This doesn't necessarily mean Deuce is being traded. We lost Burks and Boggy so it's likely he's just a replacement who can come in when needed and knock down some shots. Kolek may not be ready for prime time this season so it's good to have him to possibly fill in the backup PG roll as well. This is a good signing.
This may be an unpopular opinion, but I like the idea of us trading for DeAndre Ayton. There is evidence that he is a complainer, however, he is still talented enough on both ends of the floor as a big man to make a great impact in the right situation. Maybe that is under a coach like Thibs? I would definately take him over KAT, that's for sure!

When we wanted Mitchell from the jazz he didn’t give him to us for Barrett and quickley and first round picks, but gave him to Cleveland for less. Love Deuce, but he's going to be more valuable to someone else other than the Knicks. They set a record in paying 2nd round pick pure PG Kolek, and now Payne can serve as the bridge until Kolek's ready for the full-time backup role. Ideally, we can move Deuce for a bonafide backup center, and also flip Payne at the deadline after he has a nice first half of the season, and who would otherwise likely not have a role in the 2nd half of the season if Kolek is who they think he is. Cam Payne means...they don't trust Tyler to play on a playoff team with his very poor defense..he's not ready that is all it means. Cam Payne will sit at the end of the bench 3rd string and wait till needed. He is more trusted than a 2nd round rookie that can't stay in front of anyone in the summer league.
