Phenotypic Plasticity

We have evolved the ability to adapt in real time to certain stresses, even without change to DNA. These real-time changes are not evolution, but the ability to make these real-time changes evolved. In other words, each plastic ability exists because of DNA mutations that enabled it were selected for in the past.

So,does this mean that if I have a baby while I'm skinny ND young ND in shape my baby will be born whit the same genetics? Or if I have a baby while chunky ND out if shape will it get those genetics instead?

No because those are not genetic
