Out of 34, only 3 justices are from Gujarat, which isn't extraordinary, many states have had more justices historically, and even presently 4 justices hail from Bombay, and 4 hail from Delhi. Also, 33 out of these 34 have been appointed after BJP formed the government in 2014.

While studying in 6-7 grade we were taught, connecting ED at the end of the verb sends the whole of the sentence into the past. Now we understand the true meaning of ED.
Being an employee in ED, i am agreed to most of your video. But there is more to say, Money Laundering is really wide-spread. Money Launders are mainly very rich and affluent people. Police have no capacity to tackle with these people. Some powerful agency is definitely needed to these powerful people. It is the ED/CBI who worked as real police to powerful people otherwise they never fear state police. These politicians are suffering then in a way it is good for the people of this country that dogs (politicians) are fighting and harming each others. Moreover, i wanted to state that more than 80-90% cases are apolitical and genuine but conviction rate is still very low in genuine cases also, following are the major reasons: 1. Mainly very big ppl are involved in ED cases, they influence Judiciary as well, they hire very big advocates or sometimes buy judges. 2. There is no training to ED staff and majority are on deputation who remain in ED for 3-4 years, they cant understand the procedures 3. Financial crimes are very complicated and done by CAs and with the help of numerous people while investigators are 2-3 people who have no knowledge of finance. But for rich people conviction is not the only punishment, without conviction also they are fearing ED due to searches, tough interrogations and arrests etc.

You are looking at this from wrong perceptive . That's exactly how it's supposed to be in a democratic system.
If it's difficult to understand, think about this, what's the alternative? The group of people who were not elected directly by common people's votes, decides the future of the country?
Rajya sabha members are indirectly elected, which can lead to buying of people, bribery and use of pressure tactics.
I am completely anti- bjp, that's my personal opinion. But if the majority of people wishes this country to be run in a certain way, then as per rules of democracy, it's only fair that it goes that way. People decide elections. And Elections decide how the country will be run.

Being an employee in ED, i am agreed to most of your video. But there is more to say, Money Laundering is really wide-spread. Money Launders are mainly very rich and affluent people. Police have no capacity to tackle with these people. Some powerful agency is definitely needed to these powerful people. It is the ED/CBI who worked as real police to powerful people otherwise they never fear state police. These politicians are suffering then in a way it is good for the people of this country that dogs (politicians) are fighting and harming each others. Moreover, i wanted to state that more than 80-90% cases are apolitical and genuine but conviction rate is still very low in genuine cases also, following are the major reasons: 1. Mainly very big ppl are involved in ED cases, they influence Judiciary as well, they hire very big advocates or sometimes buy judges. 2. There is no training to ED staff and majority are on deputation who remain in ED for 3-4 years, they cant understand the procedures 3. Financial crimes are very complicated and done by CAs and with the help of numerous people while investigators are 2-3 people who have no knowledge of finance. But for rich people conviction is not the only punishment, without conviction also they are fearing ED due to searches, tough interrogations and arrests etc.
These seems to be scary because this will actually hit the democracy of our country if it's not ammended thanks Akash keep up the good work... I actually wait for your videos to see what's ur next topic.
