I believe that Casey was always the better talent, a fair rider and the best Australian rider ever.
If he had the mentality of a Doohan, only Rossi might be able to challenge him. But, casey was not like that. Rossi never used to give up which is why he is the GOAT.
Casey's intermediate absence and early retirement ment that we lost some (what might have been) great races...
Lorenzo>Stoner
@@chamindujanith6337 Especially in 2015! 😂
Him and Marquez did a number on Rossi which was not fair.
However, I will always admire Lorenzo for his mental strength (at par or better that even Rossi) and doing whatever it took to win.
He created the pressure that eventually lead to Rossi breaking his leg in mugello.
@@dfaf33 Lorenzo was surrounded by Superior Hondas in 2011, 2012 and 2013. And still beat most of them and never finished lower than 2nd. That's how good he was. 2013 was his title but missed out barely even though he missed a race because of injury.
@@chamindujanith6337 Well, In 2010 Yamaha is all dominating and 2011 onwards (as quoted by you) all of a sudden surrounded by Hondas!
Simply put, Rossi left Yamaha and things got shakey.
@@dfaf33 Rossi was in Yamaha in 2013 though🙄🙄
We should appreciate Rossi for improving from 2014 onwards because his level in 2013 wasn't good enough.
Valentino gave the moto world splendid delight!
🤙
dos caballeros ...del deporte!!!
libraron las mejore batallas
Always uttering words bigger than his talent. Bragging Australian cs27. His quotes outweighing his talent everytime.
Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa all big rivals retired pretty early. Marquez has issues as well. Only Valentino managed to stay at the top so many years. 17 years between first and last win
He was riding a Yamaha. If Lorenzo didn't move to the most difficult bike on the grid in 19, he would have been champion in 2020 and 21.
@@jayathranps1319 He didn't want to race anymore. Why didn't Rossi retire after the 2 years in Ducati?
You know retirement is a choice right? Retiring doesn't mean you wouldn't be able to compete for 17 years, some people just want to make that bag and go enjoy their lives with their family.
@@Nobody-su9kmIt's a mental thing, not a physical. If you don't want to compete, if you dont have that passion every day, then you simply cannot. It's not to blame anyone for his choices, but nonetheless having the passion to compete for 17 years is remarkable. Of course we don't know how many years each of those riders would last at the top.
Stoner with the straight line speed and Rossi with late breaking. Both utilized the advantage they had to the max
watched the entire season of 2007, was so frustating looking how beast ducati was nothing can rossi do on long straigt line. but rossi came back on 2008
3:18 Nicky (RIP) had amongst the best POV in the history to watch a MotoGP race at that time
Wow Goosebumps 🔥❤️
The straight line speed of that Ducati was ridiculous not fair really lol
Casey its the best!
An Other ITALIAN LEGEND VAI ROSSSSSIIIIIIIIIIII Amazing MGP-DRIVER
What a classic
Ducati has some serious staright line speed
He's the best rival... No doubt
Casey GOAT
With only 2-time champions 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Golden era 💛
Mi fa ridere… gli stessi che l’hanno incu…….to ora gli dedicano un sacco di video ricordo!! Bravi bravi 👏🏻
Fiat Yamaha didn't have enough power to compete with Ducati in those years. If it wasn't because of skill and talent, Rossi wouldn't even be that close to Stoner.
To me speed doesnt matter the matter is how you able to catch up
Cornering is the important thing whether you notice which is better
@@frankcoguidaben7554 if you just watch the video again, it does matter. Rossi did overtake in corners only to be easily overtaken again in straight lines. If your logic is true then they should just merge moto2, moto3 and motogp since speed doesn't matter.
@@googleanassundala5912 you dont understand the logic here speed is important yes but it its really depends on the cornering that will decide if your good at im not saying speed is not important its really how good are you at a race
@@googleanassundala5912 Do you know why he overtook in the corners in the first place? Cause he had the best bike for corners in the grid, if speed mattered so much this would be a drag race, there are 20 laps in a lap and only 2 to 3 straights max, your comment is the BS of the century.
Such intense rivalry
Casey is a great rider but to dominate like Rossi did for soo many years is nothing short of miraculous. His mental strength plus ability is something to behold
He is the Legend....
V. R. 46. Bester Biker aller Zeiten. Für mich.

The only way to compare Rossi and Stoner is when they both rode a Ducati. Ducati -stoner 4yrs, 68 starts,23wins 33% of the time he won,42 podiums,65% he was on the podium, 21 poles 30% he was on pole and 1 world Champioship. Rossi 2 yrs, 27 starts, no wins,3 podiums no poles. On a Ducati Casey was the GOAT by a very very big margin, on the best factory bikes in the world Rossi was the Goat, except when Casey rode a Honda.
Casey Stoner, the only one man on earth that can beat Marc Marquez. Unfortunately they don’t have a chance ☺️☺️☺️
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥outside craziness
Stoner was the real rival for Rossi
I love the doctor as many do. But every once in a while it's nice to see him get his ass handed to him lol🏍️
yup & to be quite honest, the way he acted recklessly while racing (I get it, you want to win & will win at all costs) & the way Rossi fans spat on Stoner, boo’d him, would try to yank him & his wife off the scooter, literally made it all so enjoyable to watch Stoner finally put his foot down & stop “being nice.”
Salamat hanjewu vallentino rossi,en narai kabar muh wayah jituh
This is laughable. It makes it look like Rossi was always passing Stoner. Stoner from 2007 onwards kicked Ross's but. When Rossi tried to ride the same bike as Stoner was riding he had trouble finishing in the top 5. Meanwhile Stoner wins the championship first year on Honda.
While Stoner also win on Ducati, and that's his first year on Ducati, even 😉
2007 season level
Stoner, Rossi
Pedrosa
Rest of the grid
El mejor sin dudas vamos😅😅😅
LEGEND
Casey smoked them all , check the stats during Casey’s years. Full respect to Rossi, Casey was just much better. Fact
What a hard breaking rossi vs stoner catalan gp 2007
CLASS!!
Rossie casey dani hayden are amazing 👍🙏
That Ducati was damn quick
We beg to bring Rossi to Indonesia as an ambassador for the Indonesian Mandalika racer. because the most Valentino Rossi fans in the world are Indonesia. we as Indonesian people hope that Valentino Rossi can appear in the international MotoGP competition at the Mandalika circuit in Indonesia.. Rossi is the best Rossi is the fastest
800cc era was one of the best if not the best
This right here is my childhood
I used to be an big Fan of Casey Stoner because of him
This video's title should be. "Rossi trying unsuccesssfully to beat Stoner and the super fast Ducati, till that race in Laguna Seca".
Rossi💖💖💖👍
So basically this is a top 5 so 1&2 are Lorenzo and Marquez
08:16 marssal :🗣️Rossi dulu rossi
I would also inculde Dani Pedrosa as Rossi biggest rival. There were 6 bigest rivals for Rossi:Biaggi,Gibernau,Pedrosa,Stoner,Lorenzo and Marquez.
Desmocedici gp 7 is a monster...
Only 5 motoGP rider can win championship with different bike,
Rossi and Stoner are one of them.

That unrideable Ducati's speed is mad.
