The entrance to the castle ruin looks amazing. It's cool, that they made it possible to up on the wall, so you can enjoy the view over the area.

    Hi Alessa
The castle seems very well-maintained at my first glance
Thick walls, engineering to the river, and much more ...
Sorry I had to watch and listen to your history narration a couple of times ...very enjoyable
Wow wealth and power...the purpose of the castle is to protect?
How grumous stories along with history!
Alessa and Brett, Continue inspiring the world. Superb!
I am very fortunate to be at your premiere
    Well done. Bravo!
BTW US will have Independence Day holiday...sorry I may miss your prem since I will be out of town.

I loved this one, stunning place for starters, but it got me with the story of the poor young bride. Always make me think that there is always some true in folklore, even if it’s such a little bit. Brilliant video 😊

This one is closer to us than Denbigh and we've never been! We've tried countless times, but this one closes over winter! Ah views over Rhyl!! 😂. Oo it's quite intact. We need to visit. We read about Edward having the river diverted for his own means when we were at the mouth of the river in Rhyl a few weeks back. Entitled much! This castle has a touch of Harlech about it! Cool tale about the princess!! Oo and it's haunted too! You've sold it! Amazing drone shots as always. Cheers 🍻

There are real gems in Northern Welsh castles, and Rhuddlan is a good one. Looking at the castle from the other side of the river, we can imagine how it might have looked. I've just returned from looking at the castles of South Wales, perhaps I should go north next time.

Awesome Video and Historical Narration Again! Given the massive nature of the building, in particular the walls, what was the cause of the two massive breaches in the castles walls?

I've been ghost hunting for 9 years. I go all over the UK but Rhuddlan castle when it wants to can be the most active location I've ever been to. I've investigated this castle countless times. On one occasion in January 2019 I took my two Sons. On that night not a lot happened but when packing up we noticed we had lost an audio recorder. After searching for it without any luck we had to leave it and drive back to Manchester. After dropping my Sons off and going through the video footage I had a good idea where I had left it so drove back to Rhuddlan castle to retrieve it. When I found it it was still recording and had recorded 8 hours of audio. I split the audio into 30 minute chunks and listened to it back in real time. towards the end of the audio it had recorded about 20 seconds of what sounded like a male in pain. I estimated it would have been around 5am.
Here is the the audio clip if anyone's interested. Oh and the recorder was left in the East gatehouse on a ledge. Ive experienced so much at Rhuddlan and it's the only place that has ever really scared me.
