      Me too!! I haven’t even started wild fit yet and I can tell that life is going to be better! I quit eating sugar and processed foods a few months ago and have felt phenomenal! I went online searching for a deeper dive into nutrition and stumbled on wild fit! I am so insanely pumped to learn and grow!

    I agree that for sales you want to see salespeople in action, saying young people with ambition...well I am old and have a lot more ambition to be great at whatever I do then most young people. I also have a million different abilities, the versatility of most Europeans because I was born in an era where you had to learn it all. Most recruiters don't have an idea of how to interview and ask the right questions. I have done so many interviews and when I entered the room I was doomed because of my 'Age'.

    I have not heard of you before. I just bumped into your videos by chance and wondered as to who this guy was in Bermuda shorts doing a business training and you fascinate me. You come across as a genuine, down-to-earth and intelligent person. I am enjoying your talks. Thanks!

    Genius, Eric is so wise and such a great speaker, I can't get enough of his style. I love his Fiji story, second time I've heard it. Awesome experiences. The path of greatness is marked with failure, mistakes can be very valuable, gain in loss.

      What did you learn about health? How did it help you? Did your business grow, and survive covid lockdowns? Do you buy seeds? And where from? (India) ?

    If you relaxed them in the interview and then end rejecting them this will make anybody angry. You shock them after feeling so comfortable. Because you was friendly and even ask some unrelated questions in their opinion. So this is not a good technique. Refer to the behavior and attitude theories.

    • @homealone1607
      @homealone1607 3 года назад

      This technique will traumatize the candidate when gets rejected. Imagine when this person has to go to another job interview after this experience, probably will be all all suspicious stressed and far from being themselves.

    If you wanna hire a good sales person just take a pen out and tell him: - sell me this pen(wolf of wall street style) ! If his reasoning and skill impresses you, now that is a good place to start :P

    I like your videos but i hate the way Africa to you is a place of bushmen, wildlife, wildlife. There are many people in Africa who would fit in the space that you welcome others to occupy through your speech. I have lived in East Africa practically all my life (except 10 years in the US) and when I go to the wild I dont meet a single bushman. I wonder where you got the ones that you were rolling with. Your understanding of Africa is quite deficient.

    • @eyedentv
      @eyedentv 4 года назад +1

      Every human only speaks from their own experience, remember that. I’m sure he’s aware of the different areas in Africa but to him he associates the continent with his experience with this bushmen
