I never tire of listening to this song; it is such an inspiration to those of us who are longing to hear the sound of that trumpet. I wish the Hoppers would bring their incredible talent to Pensacola sometime - we need another Brownsville revival!
I have one ambition now that I have listened to this for about the 20th time...I want to visit the FBC in JAX and hear this magnificent choir sing. This song with the Hoppers is one of my favorites and it surely gives me the spiritual uplifting that I crave. God bless each and every one of you and praises to our precious Lord for blessing so many people with the gift of being able to sing.
I truly believe that God was smiling down on these people while they sang this glorious song; it gives me chills every time I listen to it; love the angelic voice of Kim Hopper.
I was fortunate enough to be singing in the choir when we performed this song and let me tell you that it blessed the choir members as we sang it as much as it did the audience. It is an amazing song with a story that egnites the soul. Praise God for that upcoming day.
It thrills my heart to listen to this over and over again; I love the Hoppers and to hear them backed by this truly magnificent choir is about as heavenly as you can get; wish I had been there to jump and praise the Lord, and can' wait to chime in when we all gather to sing for Him.

I wish FBC Jax still sounded the same. Ever Since Pastor Jerry Vines retired in 2006 it has not been the same. We no longer shake hands or sing any old traditional hymns. I was going to start a petition for members to sign to bring back what we used to have. If we're going back to the old auditoriums let's bring back the old days!
All the old ways that were so blessed are gone away, you really can't find a church anymore with the old songs everything is what i call the new age stuff.
