Wow that street bring back some of my childhood memories. I use walk through here sometimes back and forth to school and home. Occasionally, stopping by one of the convenient stores for some now and laters candy packs for 10 cents. I went to Lott Carey Elementary School, under Elizabeth Greenfield.
Norfolk looks like Harlem of the south with all its older buildings. Early 81 I was in the first grade didn't see it much . The US Census with its statistics told them the redevelopment of Norfolk must be done and council followed.
