Thank you sir, I was a Neuro-Surgical ICU nurse and transferred to MS/Telemetry because I am not used to handle multiple patients. I hope I've made the right decision. Can you list other commonly used drugs, cases, skills needed? I've noted the meds you've mentioned. I am also for a wound care training. Thank you, sir! Shared you channel to my friends. :)
Hello sir rod, medyo napaisip ako sa tanong mo hehe..pagdating sa drugs its the same thingkl w/ other hospitals, very common xmpre ung mga bp meds like metoprolol, carvedilol, hydralazine, blood thinners like lovenox, heparin and warfarin for dvt prevention, for gastro andyan ung famotidine, sucralfate and protonix, for stroke lacosamide, levetiracetam and valproic acid at madami pang iba, pagdating sa drips namention ko nman na ung most commonat d same time ung mga cases namen nm, pagdating sa skills make sure u know ur assessment skills, critical thinking skills, iv insertion and blood extraction, basic ecg, care of central line and other invasive lines like foleys, peg, trach, et, communications skills is very important too..hope i answered ur questions..goodluck on ur new area and thank u😊

Definitely, it’s actually considered stepdown unit so the level of care is almost the same as icu👍

What is the nurse to patient ratio?
Hi sorry sa late answer, during the interview we were told 1:3 or 4 but in reality 1:4, 1:5 up to 1:6 po..
