    FYI - That single supercell formed near Tulsa around 6PM and dropped tornadoes consistently all the way to Mammoth Springs,AR when it finally merged with a cell at 545AM. That single supercell dropped roughly 15 tornadoes 5 of which had the PDS tag. This single supercell also had 4 tornadoes down in the ground at the exact same time near Decatur, AR and dropped multi-tornadoes on several occasions. This single supercell was responsible for several towns taking SIGNIFICANT damage throughout its path. Almost 12 hours of complete destruction from 1 single supercell that never stopped recycling its rotation.
    I can’t ever remember something like that happening for that long.

      Yea thats what i was thinking thid entire time, but knowing the environment there was nothing stopping it, would watch a tornado occlude and immediately expected a new rotation. This was just the one supercell that managed to take advantage of the loaded environment

      @@misterraider7212 yeah was crazy that it stayed discreet for so long especially with everything going on around it. Was just bizarre to watch this cell and I pray for all of those impacted by it.

    Thank you so much for your live stream this morning!!
    All my local weather channels always tell us how they will cover severe weather like we had last night but unfortunately I cannot find one live coverage.
    Thankfully the tornado missed us by a few miles but definitely going to be helping those that will be a need that have been affected

    40k?! Wow, man, congrats! Seems like yesterday you were at less than 30k. Amazing job. The damage around Lake Ray Roberts was extensive. Lots of boats and buildings destroyed, mobile homes flattened. Horrible to see, especially since most people were sleeping. You did the best you could.

    Best severe weather coverage anywhere. Smart, concise, a national treasure
    And as a guy who enjoys the dynamics of severe weather as much as the chasers. I appreciate you toning down there exhuberance at finding storms. Sometimes it did not fit with the deadly reality of what they cause
    Keep at it!

    1119 and 7 seconds right before it hits Claremore you are so hyper focused on downplaying the possibility of a tornado you were so blinded!!!!!

  • @hazadus2u
    @hazadus2u 4 месяца назад

    Oh my God can't believe you're dissing the tornado warning so bad before it hit Claremore. Telling viewers at 10:30 p.m. that nothing to worry about up north in Oklahoma, and then that the Arkansas threat won't be till tomorrow! Lack of sleep possibly, complacency not sure!!!!!

    • @danc3488
      @danc3488 4 месяца назад +2

      A lot of forecasters won't hype up a warning like that without seeing evidence that there's a tornado on the ground. That wasn't evident at the time and the radar wasn't exactly cooperating. Unfortunately, it's not an exact science.

    • @cardiacjunkie
      @cardiacjunkie 4 месяца назад

      That's also why everyone needs to have an app on their phones with their location set to alert you of severe weather in your area. Also having a weather radio that will alert you. He can only report based on what the radar is showing. If he reports for someone to get into their safe place bc it kinda looks questionable, but he doesn't have confirmation completely on radar, then ppl will slam him for jumping the gun. He's does an awesome job, but he isn't on the ground.

    • @hazadus2u
      @hazadus2u 4 месяца назад

      If he had a viewer relying on his stream right before they decided to go to bed in that area due to his confidence that they were free and clear and the tornado warning was unnecessary would have been a rude awakening an hour later

    • @evanfryberger
      @evanfryberger  4 месяца назад +2

      It was warned for an hour before with no rotation, and continued to tell people to be in their safe spots, I tell it how it is. Im not going to sit there and say every storm is going to produce a major tornado with no rotation. Not happening

    • @cardiacjunkie
      @cardiacjunkie 4 месяца назад

      @@evanfryberger that's why I don't get why anyone is saying something. You literally tell what you see and a bit of common sense goes a long way.
