Why am I missing half the features you show here? I'm using 3d Exp just as you are but not seeing the CAD aspect nor is it letting me drill the hole with the actual tool, no placement options.
It may be due to the 3Dx CATIA version you are using. The CATIA version I use in the video is 2023x FD2. Other than that, there should be no reason why you cannot see the features shown in the video.
