I received a GL 10 as a gift for father's day. I use a Mavic 3 Enterprise for LE / SAR. Upon plugging it in, I got a message on my controller that it had not been activated yet and that I had to register the light through the CZI Sound App. I tried to do this but no matter what I tried, the app (definitely Chinese), would not accept my phone number as the "correct" number. Without this, the light would not activate, update, etc... I finally gave up and had it sent back. CZI has no online presence at all so no customer service was possible. Have you or anyone else run into this? I could find no mention of this problem anywhere else. Thank you for your time.

the dealer you bought it from should have taken care of you and gotten it to work. CZI doesn't sell direct, they sell to dealers to offer the service and after sales support. That's built into the price you paid.
