As someone on kidney dialysis and other medical issues I clearly understand that God will never give us more than we can handle! I'm sure there's great news around the corner.
You are among the few I watch in Brush Control. You and IDigit4 are about it. Brush ain't going away. Stick to it. Live in the frakkin shop if you must. You WILL prevail.
Just know God is in control , you will find a place and I know it is going to be better than what you had. Will keep you in my prayers, sending light an Love to all.
John I don't care what anyone has to say about you guys, I think you guys do a superb JOB ALL THE TIME, you all take pride in what you do, keep up with the good work and God Bless you guys and your business 🙏 amen
Growing pains suck but everyone encounters them if they're going in the right direction. Just don't overstretch your wallet & budget and grow slowly as you can afford it. Your fans will always support you and your work speaks for itself. Best of luck!
God will take care of you. He already knows where you are going. So don’t worry. Love watching your show. You have a great company and employees. May God bless you and protect you.
Jon, one thing to look for on your 135 is the AC leaking out. They say that you can use a can of leak sealer and that will take care of the issue, I just had to fill mine. Hopefully that will solve the problem. I'm not sure that people who watch these videos, and have never ran a mulcher in really dry conditions can fully understand how difficult it is to see what you're doing, and how much time it adds to being able to complete a job. It's the worst part about mulching.
A company has two kinds of problems, growth problems or liquidation problems, growth problems are a lot more fun. It applies to people as well as companies.
On the end from the Day, a Perfect Work by the Library Job. A wonder brightness Wood. To the other Idea or Problem. The best a pair Day to lay over. 💪👌👍🤔 Greeting 🇦🇹
Jon; you have known in your heart that this location is no longer suitable for the business as it has grown▪ Through hard work the Lord has blessed you and sustained that growth▪ With His help and guidance; He is now ready to reveal the plans He has in place to further the continued growth of the business▪ Stay strong and faithful and be amazed at His plan!
It may seem like a problem having to move, BUT it could be a blessing in disguise. You have needed more space for your shop for at least a year, right? So now, you can find a spot that will provide UBC a place to grow. Confident this is a good thing. Hang in there, Jon and Team! 👍💪🙏✨❤️️
As always y’all did a great job on this piece property, good video, looks great, lotta smaller trees 🌲 to work around.enjoyed your visit with Dirt Perfect,he put you right to work,no cushy job there.still one best crews out there.keep it up.👍👍👍😎😎😎🌲🌲🌲
I know the Upstate Crew will find another shop location that will probably work better for y’all. Having to move may not seem like the best thing to do, but it means your growing and start a new chapter for Upstate. You guys are awesome! Praying for y’all! Take care and God bless. Upstate Brush Control Crew will ride again from a new location!!!
I got OnX hunt years ago when I started going to CO to elk hunt. Used it when I started looking for property in western NC and TN. Great help to see property lines, terrrain etc. I think it's $49/year but well worth it. Also while it works best with decent cell signal, you can download local maps and the GPS signal will work when no cell service available.
Moving is stressful but your positive is that your growing and still have income coming in. Six one half dozen the other, renting is always temporary. Owning your own building with enough space for everything to be put in and having enough room for parking is gonna be key. Hard work pays off and you guys know hard work.
Bummer on having to move, but, in the long run it may turn out better for you, always have options. As far as the dust goes, man it must be in drought status in your area right now, lot of dust for mulching up green vegetation, good you are in a closed cab young man. Sorry to hear they totaled the 135 out, and that seems light an awful lot of money for that 130. Any rate, thanks for the update sir.
I've often thought that you needed a bigger shop; more space for storing and working on the equipment, and vehicle and trailer parking. As for the job that you just completed; it looks a lot better than it did, and you didn't come across any homeless encampments, which I thought you might.
Those things happen a lot. That You have to pack up and move. And I am sure that you were not ready for anything like that happen. Just hope everything works out for you John.
As always, great job, Jon and team! 🥇 I hate that you’re having to move your equipment and shop (my least favorite thing to have to do!), but, there’s a reason for everything and the Good Lord is watching over you so it will eventually work out for the best. I wouldn’t treat a loyal customer like that but I am not that guy so... 🤷🏼♀️
Excellent video. Nice mix of commentary and action. The update was interesting. It seems that your landlord, who can’t wait to get rid of you, is going into the storage business. The stark truth of the matter was that you were outgrowing your location and needed to find a new home. That said, moving is a real pain in the neck. You accumulate so much stuff and then you have to pack it. Sorry to hear about the 130. Another pain in the neck to deal with. That Deere dealer doesn’t seem too accommodating. Unusual, because the economy isn’t the greatest and one would think they’d be easier to work with. Maybe you should shop around. Maybe you don’t need listening to advice from people like me who don’t go through what you do every day. I love the fact you gave the 135 a good detailing before returning it. You are a class guy, and they’re hard to find. But despite the setbacks, the one thing you always have going for you is the quality work you do. That speaks for itself and word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Keep on doing what you’re doing. We’re rooting for you.
You answered most of the questions I had beforehand.Spray painting the rocks orange may be easier spotting them. Also,a hardwood tree probably is a lot of wear and tear on the blades.Judging from your last several videos you’re definitely experiencing a dry spell.Im sure that’s tough breathing in for the guys on foot. Perhaps a water truck to wet down the area beforehand but that’s just another added expense of course. If it eases the situation it might be worth it with all these jobs especially if the public begins complaining.Nice job as usual!!
I think it's about short sighted from your landlord, without you paying your rent for however long, they wouldn't have been able to afford to develop the rest of the area. Also with the ground works you paid out for, developing the extended parking area, you've increased the sites overall value which means he can get higher rent from a new tenant. Sorry the John Deere has had to go back, like you say no good keeping it around if it's costing you money. You want to speak to Mike at DP to see if he can get you a deal with the folks at Hyundai, you could do what he's done, trialled a 210 and feed back to Hyundai.
Moving is always a headache. Hope it goes well. Sorry to hear about the excavator being totalled, especially as hard as equipment is to come by the last couple of years.
Great job Jon and crew! No doubt you will make out just fine….just a pain to relocate your business. John Deere no longer the only game in town when it comes to big equipment, dumb move on their part! Thanks for sharing your videos!
If there’s a fire hydrant near the premises and it’s public property you oughta request use of the fire pump and use a fire house to wet down the area.I know other contractors are granted permission to use the fire hydrants if needed as long as they are granted permission.Just a thought when it’s extremely dry and dusty.
We have. . . the problem is we need space for the semi and big lay down area, that and we don't want to be too far from the Greenville/Taylors area. It's a good location to work from.
I’ve watched so many of your videos since we bought 10 acres a month or so ago. What great work you do! Wish you worked in northeast Georgia! Ever thought of expanding? Best luck finding your next landing location.
Hard to believe anyone would complain about you getting a little over on to their property and cleaning it up, but I guess there are a lot of crazy people out there. 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
You have no idea how stupid some folks will act. I had a guy sit in his UTV with his phone out ready to call the cops if I go over on his property line. We were clearing an easement Right-Of-Way, that went through his property (which was literally a spray paint line he made on the grass like 17' wide was all we had to work within). He was furious. But, we were actually able to do that job so well that he actually had us back to clear some land for him. So it all worked out. But he sure was mad at first.
Hello John, couldn't you put a water tank on top of the Fecon that could shoot out a mist coat of water every 2 seconds across the whole front of the teeth to help control some of the dust. Im surprised Fecon hasn't thought of this, it wouldn't take much to do this little alteration. M.
Jon can you tell me if I’m even close to bidding what you just did was about 7500. Yes or no is all I need to know because I have a business here in Texas with mulching and land clearing. I enjoy the videos again thank you for sharing those with us and God bless.
16:00 So what does that do by moving the logs to A then to B then back to A then to C. Im not being sarcastic just wondering why so much moving around?
I are very politely saying you landlord gave you the boot. That is quite respectable b/c you have a large social platform where u could blast him or her for that. I’m sure you’ll find a better place where the old 18 wheeler can be parked good luck.
Thats bullshit...that landlord has been making a fortune off of you, 5 year long tenants... Someone else who rents from him is complaining about you and all the extra parking you get etc. Oh well... off to bigger and better. Its cheaper to lease but that freedom of owing is sweet.

Trust me something good will come of this 🙏
Brother, am praying for you to find a suitable place to move to. God has the right place at the right time. God bless all you guys.
I appreciate that!
if it was me I would have said thank you 😊 and gave you a hand shake and said good job

Ich liebe deine Videos. Das Team ist klasse. Schaue auch andere Videos an, aber ihr seid einfach die BESTEN. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland.
Nice job
That turned out really nice. As far as your unexpected move, keep the faith. Things happen for a reason, which is a good thing.
looks great, your equipment looks great shows the pride in your business 👍🏻🇺🇸
Gonna have to get you a couple new teeth after that. Look great as usual. I think your mini could do with a new bucket pin. Thanks for sharing!

I just found y'all this weekend, I have watched a bunch. I like y'all's work ethic and teamwork. Keep on keeping on
Awesome! Thank you!
I hope one day you can get that 135. Those are great machines
Good luck on your move John, you will be fine if you just take your time.
Bigger and better is on the way!
The job looks great, I've said this before you have a great crew john and you guys together make one hell of a team

That dead standing wood is gold for firewood folks. That’s all I cut.
Cheers John, hope you find somewhere suitable for your business. Take care.

Sorry to hear about Blackhawk, the work you do is hard and tough. No wonder why you have to do so many repairs. Great looking job though.
Good luck on relocating
...lookin; good, nice work, keep safe and well...
Onx hunt is awesome! It also tells who the owners are! Sounds like you picked up a cold. Feel better. I like seeing you on DPs channel!
Thanks!
Enjoy your channel thanx for the videos
Thanks for watching!
Love your videos...
DirtPerfect sent me here :) Glad he did. Definitely will enjoy watching your vids.
Thanks for stopping by!
Congratulations on a growing business!🎉❤
Look up around TR and Marietta, there's several empty garages and shops.
We have. . . the problem is we need space for the semi and big lay down area, that and we don't want to be too far from the Greenville/Taylors area. It's a good location to work from.
I use that app as well. Also congratulations on a growing business well done fellas.
Bummer hope it all works out
We use onx hunt for our logging jobs john, and can't beat it
just keep telling yourself 'onward and upward'
I’ve watched so many of your videos since we bought 10 acres a month or so ago. What great work you do! Wish you worked in northeast Georgia! Ever thought of expanding? Best luck finding your next landing location.
Sorry, we're sticking to the Upstate of South Carolina for now. Thanks for supporting the channel!
Have you ever thought of trying using a mini mulchier on your excavators?
I'd love to see a video on how you sharpen the cutter heads.

Pendleton here has lots of space. Maybe could find somewhere over this way.
Spit it out man !!!

You may be able to find some good places in Pendleton or Anderson.
I live in Pendleton. Property prices are higher than GRV or Spartanburg. Property taxes in Pendleton are thru the roof on acreage
Yeah, that's a little too far.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️
John useing this app do you usually run the entire property line with the asv first to help establish the boundary for everyone,
We usually walk it with the customer, depending on the job.
It always sucks when you're forced to move when you're not ready for it
Use onx all the time it’s a great app. What mic setup do you guys use on your go pro?
We don't have an external mic, although it has been suggested that we get one.
Might have a shop opportunity for you in Easley, SC. Might be a little farther out than you are looking for. Let me know if you are interested.
Thanks, we're good for now!
First from Idaho 👊🏻💪🏻

good luck.
Jon, I'm sure after this job ya'll will be cleaning your machines and blowing out some filters
wheres the 135
She's in the shop, hopefully picking her up on Monday.
@@UpstateBrushControl ok was liking new videos with her and like seeing you with @dirtperfect and others
That app gets all their data for free. State and county GIS is where they get it and they charge nothing.
hola amigos receta , pollo ayuntamiento , se coje un pollo se pone corbata , se rodea de xorizos y ellos solitos sean rico rico rico
If you can buy a place much better deal in the end no one can tell you what to do.
Looking dry in the upstate
to bad you have to move after 5 years
