This is EXACTLY what the Melee community should be doing right now; not shitting on other fighting game communities for no reason, but being thankful for the fact that it was main stage at Evo for so long. Here's to the hype and passion that the community brought us.
Dude i rarely see toxic melee fans. Stop bringing up old shit
2:08 this is why i feel like chudat is honestly one of the best IC's he consistently does good shit w/ sopo, while others have clutched it out in the past he's done it the most consistently over all of them
11:41 I never caught that Scar says "Hungrybox presses forward on the grey stick, and that's the end of evo 2016"
That killed me
How are people going to say melee is bad when things like this happen
Eugene
Nobody said that. People just got tired of setting it up.
Because vaccines are a thing, and therefore so is autism, and as a result, smash ultimate players (aka beta cucks)
@@p1gmastar101 Go back to 4chan
@@p1gmastar101 well that was a decent memeing
Thank you GRsmash, melee will always be my favorite game. Even if there are some bad eggs, I'll love the community as my own brothers and sisters. Melee may be gone from evo, but we'll always have these memories to look back on. Thanks to everyone in the community for these amazing memories, and here's to making even more!
11:41 best moment.
9:54 watch it in x.25 speed
Aww hbox winning evo is so wholesome, brought genuine tears to my eyes :,)
Ew.
5:13
"FUCK YEAH"
When you get high for the first time and your trying to explain it 0:46
This game is so hype. Thank you for this awesome compilation. God I love this game.
6:07 Lil dicky? xD
Definitely one of my favorite videos on youtube
Wow this game is so cool they should make a documentary about it
Dude, this stock from Plup against Leffen is so sick, is moments like these that make me enjoy FOR REAL SSBM and being a e-sports fan
Axe's 4-stock will be my favorite for ever
*DESTRUCTIOOOOOOOOOOON*
Haha Johnny is such a boss. His casual reaction after hitting that suicidal stomp at 1:29
Melee today
Melee tomorrow
Melee forever
I like all your content.
Thanks for sharing.
FD was probably banned to avoid the chain grab and I kind of like the FOD counterpick from Axe because with a player as technical as Silentwolf the changing heights of the platforms can really do a lot at messing him up.
Watching these is always a journey of feelz...
Hopes for Melee will be at next years EVO
I remember watching Mang0s crazy Losers run on my old laptop that legit falling apart omg did that clip give me flash backs Thx GRsmash!!!!
*R.I.P. Melee Evo 2019*
J.G Jonny F
A real evo highlight video. Opening with Plup too :)
Mango didnt red that roll.. He wrote Hboxs book
mango just made sure to remember that part of the script
Hbox is a much better player lol look at tournament placings now adays.
All these amazing clips just prove that Melee is officially too cool for evo
I know they say the melee crowd is toxic, but they seem better than the ultimate guys and girls, to be honest.
EVO 2013 WAS TOOOOO HYPE!!! Mango running through everyone going try hard is godly to see.
9:10 HBox should realize how he makes everyone feel when he pops off. Look at his face lol
When you realize that this video is better than the EVO sendoff video
You mean Top 10 Undernight Inbirth moments at EVO?
top 10 samsho moments
Top 10 Slap City Moments EVO 2020
Too soon
epic and funny joke
@@JohnnyThe4th I hear that a lot, what sets the game apart from things like BlazBlue? I'm ignorant as far as UNIST goes
Thanks for the memories
All of my love and respect goes out to the Melee community. Here's for more years to come of other nationals and tournaments from a long-running title of legendary status.
Mad love also goes out to those of you watching UNIST. Highly recommend tuning it once or twice during Top 8 if you can to show some love for the game. They deserve it, much like Melee deserved their attention. Show your support for a similar community under similar circumstances. We don't have to hate every other fighting game.
Great compilation
MELEE IS ALIVE
we need a homemade major on EVO weekends
That would be tacky. It would do more to hurt Melee at EVO than help it. Also it could hurt Ultimate’s chance.
just keep sandwiching EVO weekends with 2 huge majors that get more entrants than most of the games at EVO, best way to show it up, attend those majors
Wobbles at 2:39 just can’t even believe what he saw
2nd most viewed game of EVO 2018. Most viewed of 2016. Home to some of Melee's best moments. EVO and Melee had a pretty good run.
