I have been specialist in codeforces and 5 star at codechef. But i don't have any development experience and my internship season is coming, so it's good to keep a balance. But i am hopeful that i will get good internship without projects due to cp.

Do I necessarily need full stack experience for getting calls from top tech companies? I can see the requirements mostly based on that. I currently work in the integration space.
Well the whole point of kunal is that, as FAANG india does a lot of gimmick for tier 2,3,4..colleges, and it doesn't match the culture and payscale of remote work, and most of the IT students are looking for high package, then remote jobs are 10x better compared to FAANG india in terms of compensation and company culture and for that doing projects and open source, learning in public is the key. The DSA part for any company can be managed given one is doing LC consistently. On the other hand, the faang companies are status symbol till date in India, and doing CP for faang india (and faang india for higher package). this whole thing is not worth it at all!
