This makes a beautiful Christmas ornament for the mantelpiece, with the battery tea light behind it. Really beautiful and original Dawn. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Dawn, I love these cards, they are just so pretty and so cute,I am hoping I can find the stamp sets and dies sets,as I would really like to try making some of the cards.Thank you so much for the inspiration, and for sharing.
Dawn, these are awesome. I know this has been many years now, But I sure wish you would do a new one with the fireplace. Thank you for this a many other of your videos.
+Debbie Long beaumont Thank you Debbie , Re inking your ink pads depends really on how much you stamp . I don't re ink mine that often maybe every 6 months or so if that,,, you will notice the ink is a lot lighter that will mean you need to re ink them . I will get a video posted on that subject . Thank you Hugs Dawn Griffith
Dawn, I am new to your site and I must tell you that I have loved every video I have watched so far. I do just have one question about this beautiful tealight card. When making the envelope, I noticed that you did not make room for the addition of the tealight. Did you just send directions for the recipient to purchase a tealight on their own, or can you suggest the sizes you might have used to make a different box type envelope that would fit adding a tealight. Thank you for all the wonderful ideas, I can't wait to build up my supply of stamps, thinlets, & punches in the coming months. I tried to place an order with another SU rep before the 01/04/16 deadline, but could never get a response to my pre-order questions so never placed my order. My fault I'm sure for waiting so long, but you know how it goes when having to wait for funds to become available. I'm hoping this year will be my year for building up my studio. 😊
Hi Dawn, sorry I know this is 2 years old but 1 lovely and 2 would be neat to use this same concept and have it a snow globe instead of a window that would be so AWESOME. Thanks again for wonderful videos
Hi Dawn! I've been a fan since FOREVER. I'm not a big card maker myself, I'm more a scrapbooker and project lifer but every time I need to make a card o some cute gift I go to your videos. You've been such and inspiration for me. I live in the Dominican Republic and there's no way of getting the stampin' up products down here, I would love to know what's the best way for me to get them. Congrats! You're really talented!
My friend pointed out to me that if you have an outdoor scene with the window die, you wouldn't want to use the window box, window boxes aren't INSIDE the house! Dah! My bad too!
Hi Dawn! Hard to believe it’s been 9 years since you demonstrated this amazing card! Glad I found it because it’s time to make these again 😊

Superbe bravo
You are so amazing....
My friend pointed out to me that if you have an outdoor scene with the window die, you wouldn't want to use the window box, window boxes aren't INSIDE the house! Dah! My bad too!
+Lori Willett - I thought it just part of the window casing. In many older homes, the window casings are wide and a major feature with large sills.
+Lori Willett Good point , Never thought of that ... :)
Still love it though :)

Yes, I do too, but want to make one looking IN with the window box and some branches etc in it.
