I think the most effective way is to just add a limit to farming pass your bag space. This will make the auto less effective. (Although yes it won’t 100% help entirely.) However, will overall help with the skill Vs Blood = win issue.
If Booga Booga Reborn 2019 adds a limit to the bloodfruit, it will definitely help make Autoing less useful. Although it won’t fully stop it, it will make it so that skill will become more important than just heals = wins….
