    • @jamiekeller6639
      @jamiekeller6639  2 года назад

      I don't remember but I think it was 35 feet. I've done tiny hearts up to big hearts. There's no right or wrong way so just have fun with it!

  • @tinaatkinson8725
    @tinaatkinson8725 3 года назад

    Amazing
    So as u sew it turns up on the edges like that
    And the needle of the machine just runs right through with no problems

    • @jamiekeller6639
      @jamiekeller6639  3 года назад

      You have to turn the edges up to shape it however you want them to go. This machine doesn't have any trouble with the clothesline.

    What a great tutorial. Thank you very much. Your rope look so much thinner than a 1/4". Did you wrap your rope quite tightly, or does it just look like that on "TV".

    • @jamiekeller6639

      I use Singer titanium needles. I found I don't have to change them very often. I just use whatever comes in the assorted pack! I've also used denim needles.

    Do you wrap all the rope or do you leave some exposed? I have this sewing machine and I’ve been struggling with it a bit. I’m going to give a heart shaped basket a try, it is so adorable! Do you do other shapes as well?

    • @jamiekeller6639
      @jamiekeller6639  3 года назад

      I wrap all of the clothesline. There's not a right or wrong way to do it, though, so if you'd like to leave some natural, that's ok, too! Have you got your machine figured out? I do rounds, ovals, totes, table runners, coasters, placemats, lots of things!

    • @jamiekeller6639
      @jamiekeller6639  2 года назад +1

      It doesn't really have to be. I've seen some beautiful ones with rounded points. You could try to pull the basket away from the machine when you sew the point area and it will give it a little more room to be manipulated. I don't think you can attach a pic here?!?
