@@lilafromyoutube you’ve covered most of the things I needed to learn I literally made a whole playlist for premiere pro tutorials and there all you’re videos 😭 but just keep doing your thing and I’ll keep watching and leaning
That was wonderful. Being an "Ancient Briton" I shall have to follow these instructions many times before I get it properly, but just the same , it was wonderful. Thank you.
I spent two hours last night creating exactly this two line title! Coincidence!! And Thankyou as your comments are very helpful with my general PP knowledge.
So happy to see how much this channel has grown. Very informative and a pleasant experience to watch these videos 🎥 I love making things look cinematic! But it takes work
thanks for the tutorial. i just updated to adobe 2025, and my essential graphics tab doesnt control the text. at least it looks really different. do you know if the essential graphics tab no longer controls text? thanks
hello lila, i just want you to know that i watch all your videos and it really help me, a lot. Especially in my work. I am not a pro or what in editing and making any videos and it is my first time to make videos which i am pressured to do that and i have a zero knowledge and because of you i did it! and my boss like my output. thanks and please inspire more people in making tutorials. God bless!
You defintely have the most active community I know Lila. Sick ratios!! You are doing well :) I guess you will reach the 100k by the middle of the year.
Hi! Very good video, it was really helpfull for me! :) Just one thing: I found the result more cinematic if you leave the blueriness of the text to 10 (just a liiiiiiiiiitle of blueriness) when you suggest to go to 0. The edges of the font remain more integrated with the context not being too much defined. Thank you! :)
Lila thank you so much. You won't believe how much you have helped me. Lol if it was not for creaters like you that has tutorials I would not have a RUclips channel.
Finally someone who walks through the basics. Most people are just like make a new sequence and bang boom new sequence created and I’m sitting there pausing every second trying to catch up 🤣
Great video Lila P.S: If anyone's sequence has gotten too big and it's laggy disable all your layers and you will have easy time doing your title thing.
Just learning Premier pro. After creating a sequence when I type in project panels, it becomes transparent. I am required to either put a matte or video to avoid transparency. In your this video that is not the case. You are directly typing after creating the sequence & the project panel is not transparent. While I enjoy this video but want to learn about the issue. I am facing .
Essential Graphics is the way to go! I never paid attention to the EG panel only creating 1 text layer regardless of how many layers there are in EG. I always learn something by watching you!
Greetings from Brazil. Lila, the simpler the better. You are a great teacher and I've learned a lot from you. Love your style, your English and the your approach to teaching premiere. Can´t thank you enough. I've been trying to move from Camtasia to Premiere Pro, but at first, Premiere has scared the hell out of me. I do screencasting vídeos and I am trying to do the things I used to do with Camtasia in Premiere PRO, but it´s not as easy. Things like zooming, captioning, adding a callout or a grid(border) around a vídeo doesn´t seem to be very intuitive. Love the way you blur your vídeo when you add text. (look forward for a vídeo teaching that) So, a simple class like the one from this video has an imense value to me and to many people in the same situation as mine. Remember: what may seem extremely easy for you, may be extremely difficult for people like me. Please do more. 😊 Thank you.
Thanks so much for this comment and congrats on moving to premiere pro, committing to learning an entire new editing program is a big step! Good to know you're interested in making a video about how to make tutorials, that's something that's on my list! :)

Awesome link is working had download from GDrive please share the specs ,ratio ,frame size, lens required as doc which you made for shutterspeed excel. Thanks! 👍
Hi. Thanks for the tutorial. What I am noticing is that depending on the size of your text, I cant get a TRUE center of screen placement. Once I select the text, the RED outline of the text tends to not hug the letter on the right side of the word. It does so on the Left however. But on the right, it goes past the last letter just a touch more. So when you do center align it, it is off. Any idea why or how to correct that? Thanks
@@lilafromyoutube Yes positive. I've even tried to add a space at the left most letter. And that space is not the same amount of space on the right most letter. So I just added a grid and eyeballed the text from that point. Thank you for responding. You have very informative content.
Great stuff! I only found your channel last week but I've now binge watched all of your videos! So many great tutorials, wish I had these several years ago! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and excitement! Cheers!
@@lilafromyoutube The thing I've been working/struggling with is multi cam view, with different cameras (GoPro 7 & 5DmkiV) and trying to colour correct them to be as close as the same as possible. Any tips on that would be great!
That's a hard one to answer in a comment without being able to show you anything, but one tip I can give is to use the comparison view! It's in the lumetri colour tab and it will allow you to place two frames next to each other. You will edit the right one and the left one is your reference. So that would be a good way to match them! And you can use adjustment layers to apply the correction to all similar clips shot in the same environment with same lighting conditions (e.g. all the go pro 7 footage on the beach)
