Also, do we have to take 50% of the payment on the day of onboarding and 50% on the last day of the month or the entire payment on the last day of the month? “ If you could answer these questions, it would be really helpful to get started. Yay im so glad! It depends where you’re located. In the US you don’t need to register to run a business you just need to pay tax, but eventually you will want to register as a single member LLC. I recommend billing 100% at the start of the month.

I've been noticing you! My RUclips offers a LOT of great info for more beginner friendly. Hi! Great video! How long is the onboarding call? Do you ever have more than 1 onboarding call? How do clients feel waiting 4-6 weeks before seeing content generation?
The onboarding call is 60 minutes. Just one call. The type of clients we attract have no problem (this is normal procedure when you work with an agency) for some reason there’s this whole rush of posting tomorrow but it requires research, strategic content planning, and full onboarding first. Usually getting assets of clients will take longer than they planned too ;)

No, you don’t want to add clients to Canva. Just you and your team members. You will add the clients branding to Canva as a workspace, but the client won’t have access to raw designs
When you say gather their login credentials how do you do this? im trying to use a scheduler tool and i dont know how to ask my client for their credentials without asking for their password, there isnt a link either to send to the client?
We collect their login information in an intake form or they can share it on the onboarding call. We login tot heir account during the call because accounts have 2 Factor Authorization and they will get a text for a code. This has worked well for us

If you do cold outreach on behalf of them through social media you can track traffic - calls booked - interest. Email list sign ups, CTR on promotional stories and posts. It really come down to traffic because we can’t be responsible for the conversion itself.
