I built my PC for £70 using second hand parts and it can run beamNG drive at ultra settings (1080p). Although I did get VERY lucky on the GPU which I got for £20 on facebook marketplace (GTX970).
I received a mouse that looked exactly like from my great aunt because the guy from best buy said it was great for gamers, she also gave me $400 cash to buy games with for my graduation present. They look the same as they did in 1998. She wasn't cheap just an older lady that didn't know. I miss her stories about the good ole days.
There is a model that came out before the one he showed called the HP elite sff. They went from core 2 duo, to 3rd gen intel chips. Their boards are swappable, as the back inputs are all the same on the sff chassis.

Now that I have a 500 dollar laptop i can run 100-120 fortnite in a REAL GAME and Minecraft runs at 100+ fps with Max graphics and 200+ with Lowest graphics render distance of 12
It didn’t even have a GPU. If it has a GPU that pc is actually an insanely good ultra low budget gaming pc. I use it myself with the i7 4790 and a GTX 750 ti.
I was looking at low profile gpu's and intel has one for 119 bucks new that's supposed too compete with the rx 6400 and 6500 swell as the 1650 and 1650 super. idk how reputable that comparison is bc I got it straight from google as I'm not really familiar with intel gpu's
@@Monkey45983 rx 6400 is about "on par" with the GTX 1650. Some games are optimized for NVIDIA, some other games are optimized for AMD cards. I'd say choose what you like. Both should do their job fine in this system.
I have a pc that can get 144 fps but i had 60 fps for 3 years and there is just so much difference between those that 60 fps is good only for games like league of legends but for cpvp in minecraft you need 144 fps or more
Depending on the power supply and processor I’d recommend installing both an ssd as a boot drive and maybe a gpu from the used market just make sure it’s not a mining card or since it’s obviously an OEM a intel ARC graphics card they are not the greatest with just released games compared to AMD or NVIDIA but for games that have been out for a while they are great a lot of older games on steam and on GOG are as good or better than current gen titles .
I would say the bottom dollar for a budget gaming pc, is around 300-350$ pre built due to the increased gpu costs. If you're building it yourself you can do it for less than 300 easily. I could probably build a Cyberpunk ready pc for 150 bucks, the problem is obviously the gpu cost, but you could include a 1660S which runs the game just fine. You can sometimes get them for below 100 bucks on sale. With companies like HP and Alienware you pay for the brand and they're notorious for corner cutting, i would never buy a pre built pc from them.

I legit bought the same computer I have n64, GameCube, ps2, and a quite a few other emulators with hundreds of games on 2 ssds and it runs great for what it is
Bro, recently I bought a HP 8300 SFF CPU for just $98.67 including a HP Compaq LA2205wg monitor which is fantastic. After that, I installed a GTX 1050ti on it. Though it does not give beast performance, i can still enjoy certain games like FIFA 23 at 60 fps and RDR2 at a solid 30 fps. Maybe you need to consider a CPU with a GPU at that price.
Tip for buying a decent pc on Amazon: 1. NEVER buy any pc on Amazon that has led lights if you want something cheap with decent performance 2. Always check the gpu if it has one and compare it to intels integrated graphics the majority of the gpu’s in amazon “gaming” pcs are worse than the integrated graphics 3. Just avoid any pc that says gaming at all look for plain refurbished office computers and you can find something decent for cheap, throw a used gpu in it or salvage the parts and you could have something for under $250 that can run a lot of games
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR huh? Sounds like you need to boot into the BIOS and do a memcheck and a disk check. Once you do those, re-run Cyberpunk. Also consider adding more RAM. Those are likely DDR3 and come with a pitiful amount by default (source: i own a prodesk 600)
So as an IT who worked for a credit union, that is almost certainly a run of the mill dell optiplex office pc with some rgb, and maybe some different ram at best. So yes, just an office pc as everyone said.

those office pcs aren’t meant for gaming of course so they have a mid cpu and igpu, pop a low profile gpu in there and you got a really good rig for the money
This could be a good enough "gaming PC" All it really needs is the best CPU that is supported by the socket, some more ram (16-32 gigs), a 2TB SSD, and a low power gpu like a 1650. You won't be getting 100fps+ on like Cyberpunk on 4k but you can do some relatively good 1080p gaming on medium or low settings.
An office I previously worked in had a massive fleet of HP EliteDesk PCs like that in 2021 that were being decommissioned because of their warranty expiring! :)

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR huh? Sounds like you need to boot into the BIOS and do a memcheck and a disk check. Once you do those, re-run Cyberpunk. Also consider adding more RAM. Those are likely DDR3 and come with a pitiful amount by default (source: i own a prodesk 600)
This is the same type of computer you’d find in a school computer lab like 10 years ago with some additional rgb lights.
So as an IT who worked for a credit union, that is almost certainly a run of the mill dell optiplex office pc with some rgb, and maybe some different ram at best.
So yes, just an office pc as everyone said.
If you want to flip it just upgrade the CPU, make sure there's 16gb of RAM, and throw in a cheap GPU. You could easily sell for $225-$250.

Bro the ammount of stuff it can render depends on vram and the grafics those objects are is dependent on the rest of the gpu and powering that is the cpu which gets its power from the psu

those office pcs aren’t meant for gaming of course so they have a mid cpu and igpu,
pop a low profile gpu in there and you got a really good rig for the money
In my opinion, if you upgrade them for $250/300 by changing the video card, motherboard and adding some more "powerful" RAM, it's for gaming.
Add a gtx 1650 and a stick of ram. This will increase the performance.
This could be a good enough "gaming PC" All it really needs is the best CPU that is supported by the socket, some more ram (16-32 gigs), a 2TB SSD, and a low power gpu like a 1650. You won't be getting 100fps+ on like Cyberpunk on 4k but you can do some relatively good 1080p gaming on medium or low settings.

upgrade the psu on any office pc with good processor and add ram with low power gpu they work like charm on budget
Maybe a low profile gpu might boost the FPS on this PC.
