I train several times a week but due to depression I’ve fallen off the past month. So, I fall in category 2. I will get through this. I will get out this rut.
@@Seth-xh8qs I’m still in that dark rut, but I did start my training back on a regular basis. 3 to 4 times a week. As a matter of fact I did workout # 3 for this week last night. Thanks man for your ENCOURAGEMENT, you don’t know how much that really helps…
Great idea for another video. How does Bruce Wayne/Batman handle, cope with and get over depression. What outlets did he use to get over his parents deaths and his defeats.
Batman is a unicorn. Having the time and money to master EVERY single martial art while being jacked is near impossible. The most people can do is to combine weight training, calisthenics, and MMA on a weekly basis whilst still meeting a caloric surplus. Most people just can’t do it.
Came across this channel and your videos were great. They were realistic and doable like how Bruce Wayne in real life may do. Just like to check what's your recommended rest times per sets, thanks!
Hey man, thanks for the support 🙏💪🦇 I’d recommend anywhere around 2-3 minutes but just listen to your body. If you feel you need another minute to make sure you get the most out of a particular set then do that. As long as you’re under 5 minutes, it’s not that important.
I would focus more on phase one then. Keep getting stronger with your own body weight and increasing your strength and endurance as much as you can (which you definitely will with body weight exercises). Thanks for watching!
Can you post the training routine for Arkham knight? Batman’s villain. I’d like to know what endurance training Batman did like how many runs a week? I already do bodybuilding training but I wanna do runs a couple times per week to build stamina like Batman.
For sure. I would start at one run a week, as it says in phase 1 of this workout plan, if you’re new to running. But building up to a couple times per week is great! I would aim to hit a certain mileage per week. Jump in the discord, we can talk about it more. Link is in the description of this video 🦇💪
@@brucewaynefitness I am approaching Arkham knight/batman physique won't be long till I get there. good idea to put goals as weekly and monthly cheers m8.
This looks intense. Im already doing bunch of red hood workouts does that count? I can properly L sit now too which ive never been able to do before. 😂
Start wherever you can. Just progress from whatever exercises you can perform and work at it. You will be able to do those exercises in no time as long as you stay consistent and work towards them! 💪🙏🦇
@@brucewaynefitnessBut now fr I kinda think you’re channel is one of the best because you don’t see some bodybuilders who spent there whole live with getting muscles which they didn’t even got natural I mean you got the right point you have to go over yourself and not be the best or be better then anybody else instead being a better version of what you were yesterday
Nah. Deadlift, bench press and squats. Parkour. Then Bruce Lee's art attacking the windpipe, eyes and knees. Plus using pepper spray and stun guns and steel toed boots. Batman sucks.

Yes you will. 🦇💪
Please man. Do it. I have. I don’t know you but you will. I hope that because your comment was a month ago as of now that you already broke free.

The channel i never knew i needed
This channel is so silly, I loved
This is exactly what I wanted! Thanks a lot for the video!
Also I think some weapons training would be really appropriate for batman's training. Obviously not guns.
Thanks for watching and supporting, appreciate it 🦇💪🙌
I been waiting for your videos
Got a lot more on the way 💪🦇
@@brucewaynefitness 💯 looking forward to seeing more

Highly recommend taking creatine/protien powder as dietary supplements
Could you make a fighting workout? Like how to train mixed martial arts.
I will put that on the list 💪🦇
@@brucewaynefitness Thank you very much. This would be a perfect Christmas gift.
Bro continue bro we support you
Thank you for your support 🦇💪
I hope you're planning on making other training programs for the bat family also(Dick, Jason, Tim etc.) :D
I can do that 💪🦇

That’s awesome. Keep that up for sure
If Ben Affleck trained like that
If you dont mix up your workouts every couple of weeks, you will reach a plateau. You need to keep your body guessing
I agree, especially for Batman style training. With this program, it’s best to substitute different exercises when possible to ensure results 🦇💪
Category 4: I'm Batman
Can you use a Death-stroke fitness program
Yes 💪🦇
I am very skinny i cant do many run up or push ups
What should i do?
