People sob about hearing cars go along in the tunnel. Police get attracted to the tunnel and bitch about exhaust sounds. Cars move to racetracks. Same people sobbing about the tunnel start sobbing about sounds from the racetrack. Racetrack closes down. Cars move to streets, find tunnels. Cycle repeats.

sdd ss they do not sure if you are from uk are not but average speed cameras take your speed at the start and end of the tunnel and times you if you do the tunnel in less time than set it means you sped through the tunnel. It's a cheeky way of keeping you at 70mph without having to have multiple cameras.
