thank you so much Tos Tos for this informative vid . Quick questions pls. How many kilos of luggage bag was given to you and your hubby from the airline, from Niaja to Canada? cos i noticed you packed alot of food items and im sure you also included some of your clothings. Just a rough idea of the kilos will really help me. Also i noticed with the labelling of foods, you just wrote the names of the foods and nothing more. no expiry date, etc , I hope writing the name of the food items the way you did will also be accepted if i write mine same way? cos i know some countries like Australia will not accept such. they usually prefer a detailed description of every food ittem. Awaiting your response, thank you so much.
Love your look in this video 🥰🥰 so gorgeous
Thanks babes! We are learning from the baddest!😂🥰
thank you for the detailed video, please share the link to where did you got the bubble wrap for the palm oil

I am glad I found your video, very detailed and well explained. Can you help share Which way is best advise to pack knorr seasoning cubes? Powdered form or in cubes with the wraps.
I'm glad it's helpful to you! 🥰
If you have the time, blending the knorr "chicken" cubes is advised. I blended 90% of my knorr chicken into powder , then I mixed the remaining 10% with the regular knorr in a clear bag because I got tired of peeling the wraps.
Thumbs up for your videos . Please you did traveled with everything or you cargoed them upfront. Thanks
Thanks ! I travelled with all the things I showed, I have not done any cargo since landing!
This is very helpful thank you
Please I need the plug for the palm oil packaging and what’s the best zip log brand and what did you use to add tags on the zip log bags
I'm glad you find it helpful!
I got the palm oil pouch from @pouchplace on ig, they also sells some types of zip locks so if you like those ones you can try them. I used the regular ziplocks that you can find at the super market. And I used paper and regular tape to label the zip lock bags.
@@TosTosTV1 thank you so much I really appreciate ❤️ will definitely buy the palm oil pouch when packing

Thanks so much for the detailed video. I will be coming in April. Please how do I easily find accommodation without being scammed??
Thanks for watching! To get an accommodation and avoid getting scammed, it's either you land and do your due diligence on any apartment you want to apply for or if you have close family or friends who can help with that( if you want to get a place before landing). Either ways, be sure to check for their online reviews and view the place before paying any money .

Thank you for this information...is Rice allowed?
Oh yes, but rice is not hard to get here , so it's advisable to save that space for traditional foods, also rice is heavy.
Didn’t see in the caption where you got the palm oil pack …kindly help indicate.
Thank you for the detailed video
Thanks for watching ! Sorry, I missed it . It's from @pouchplace on ig
Thanks for the update dear. But my kids like talking rice, is it allowed.
You mean like to cook some rice that they can eat during your travel? I think that is allowed, especially for people with kids.
Wow so awesome I really appreciate. So my question is no point taking milk at all cos I already bought dano milk but my children are not going yet
Ermm you can try it, just don't take it in the milk pack, I've seen some people who succeeded in carrying milk, but I didn't try it though.
Hello Tos, nice content.
Have u tried the Granados pap? what's Ur review on Granados pap ?Is it a great substitute for normal Ogi or the taste is bad.I will appreciate your honest feedback.
Hi dear! Thank you!
I am yet to try it, I'll give an update when I do !
Ok thanks
Hello dear! I don't know if this info is still timely, but I have made the instant pap, it was very okay, although it didn't smell like ogi, it had ogi texture!

Hiya..pls where did you get d bag where you stored the Palm oil??

Please where did you get the packaging for the red oil? And do you suggest we don't add it to the bag of food items?
I got it from pouch place on ig , if they don't have you can search jumia as well . I suggest that you play safe and don't put all of them in the same bag, just incase , there's an overzealous person who wants to disallow your oil.

Pls can you do a video of how a makeup artist can pack her stuffs
Awwn, unfortunately I am not a make up artiste and my make up items aren't brought to illustrate for a make up artiste. Just wrap your powders well and any other breakable with bubble wraps, that was what I did.
What’s the best way to pack pap, would using the pouch work?
I think if you want to carry pap, it will be best to make sure that all the moisture has been drained and you can pack just the solid form moulded into a ziplock (be sure to secure it well) or a plastic container (e.g minimie chinchin type of plastic) that's how I would pack it if I were to travel with pap.
Please where did you get the wrap you used outside the red oil
On ig from bubbleitng and it's on jumia as well, if she doesn't have in stock
Pls where did you get the packaging bag for the palm oil
Hi, it's from @pouchplace on ig
Pls didbu travel with pots or were you able to buy them on arrival? How can I pack my groundnut oil? Can corn/maize flour Last for 5months there? Thank u
I didn't travel with pots, since I was in a budget, I got pots and pans from value village.
I think you can carry your vegetable oil in its container, I didn't come with vegetable oil( just make sure you wrap it with bubble wrap to protect it)
For pap? I think so, I still have my yam flour and even white garri and they are all still good.
If you come with beans, make sure you keep your beans inside the freezer to prevent weevils
@@TosTosTV1 thanks but there are remaining questions u didn't answer from this same question.

Ma I saw yellow garri and dried Pomo, please are they also allowed? I saw in a video that Pomo isn’t allowed.
Hello! Yes, I believe yellow carry is not prohibited and at the time we were coming, pomo was also not prohibited . I believe they started to disallow pomo because of the recent move of the govt trying to the use of cos skin for food .
hello pls how did u declare your food on the food part of declaring at the port of entry was it yes or no
Yes or no to which of the questions?
Please did you travel with these item with you on the same flight or they were cargo shipped?

Good job. But your ponmo...it's said that ponmo is not allowed. Or is it because it's fried and not the one roasted in fire ?
Thanks! During the time I came ponmo was not prohibited ( from videos I had watched whilst preparing, I learnt that it was only prohibited from cargo shipments only ).
How many litres of red Palm oil is in each pouch that you packed. Thank you so much
I bought 5 ltrs and divided it into the two pouches, then the bleached one, I think I bought one n half Eva bottle of palm oil for that
Does the oil have to be frozen? I have to travel a day before to board my flight, it will definitely melt before i board.
The whole idea of freezing it is to keep it intact for as long as possible. So as long as you can protect you pack / bottle of palm oil to recent spillage, you should be fine. Plus you should also wrap it well inside your clothes so you can get it through .
@@TosTosTV1 Thank you.
Thanks for doing this video. Pls, I need contact to get that palm oil container. Thanks.
You are welcome! It's from @pouchplace on Instagram, you can also check on jumia (search oil pouch)
The ori.. can I use containers to pack it instead of ziplock?
Yes, I've seen some people use plastic containers too
You mentioned that they may ask how many bags of food do you have? Is there a limit to bags containing food one van bring? Can't I put packaged foodstuff among clothings?
I guess you can, I did that, but I didn't let declare that another bag had a mix of clothes and food, just to be "safe"
A lot of the tips people share are what worked for them, just pack your items well, and pray they don't scrutinize your luggage! Someone came back to comment that they even travelled with packs of milk!
I wish you a safe and seamless journey!🥰
@@TosTosTV1Amen

Hi girl, do you have to declare all this at the entry? What if the Officer asks me if I have food what must I say? Yes or no and did you pack everything with your clothes? Thanks
A friend who recently travelled said he answered no to all the questions on the self declaration stand . I packed some food stuff in one cloth bag as well. The only place I was physically asked about my bag content was in Nigeria and I told them I only had 2 bags with food (I actually had 3)
