It's amazing how quiet the bikes are these days. I remember 20 years ago when they sounded like a metal toolbox full of wrenches tumbling down the hill
finn or loic coming through - couldn't believe how quiet that was.
Like you say lol, I remember my bike make Soo muck noise ..
yeah, really noticable on this track. saw pics of alot of felt tape being used between cables to cut down on noise. I guess the more you hear your tyres the getting idea of how much grip you have left!
Spectators didn't need cowbells when there were Orange 222s on track.

My not so humble observations.
1. Dark’s bike actually makes sense
2. tahnee is riding incredibly fast
3. Rockshox looks to be doing a better job of tuning
4. Danny hart’s new bike seems a tad too large (particularly in regards to his reach)
5. Jackson goldstone and loic are taking a very prudent approach to their pacing.

Is it to do with monetising that they are so long now, I feel like years ago they were shorter and it was more exciting. Now it just seems a little repetitive?
It's pretty good for seeing how different bikes are working, line choices, etc. Could have been a bit tightly edited in some sections but maybe they wanted to cover all the bases for the first session of the year.
