I am reminded of a line Lex Luthor stated in one of the early Superman movies, to wit " I am amazed that that brain can generate enough power to get those legs to walk."
They have so much faith in the orange one they don't trust themselves enough to listen to another view.
They were so out of it I'm not sure they even knew who Trump was.

These people raise children and own guns. The perpetuation of stupidity passed down to the next generation.
Ok. And yet, they have the right to vote. How might they be reached by the facts, especially if they don't care? If we can't figure it out... we're in a world of hurt.

That’s the issue with ultra conservatives: they’re raised to be patriotic af, and since strong patriotism relies on an unshakable belief in one’s own country, anyone who questions that belief is automatically seen as unpatriotic and evil by them… Even though the ability to question basic narratives is an absolute necessity, now more than ever. Of course, some of them see themselves as being able to do so (tinfoil hats), but really they only ever do so when it fits their narrative, and never do it in any sensical way (read: using one source as fact when a thousand more speak against it)

Yeah, I noticed that too. They're just trying to stay alive and maybe give some workers not on strike a little bit of dough. And, sadly, it's still relevant. But therefore, it's also still fun to watch. 😂 Though I do hope the studios give the workers a decent agreement soon! There is so much great material out there right now, and we need that influence and comedic relief around it.

Literally anyone with internet access can use AI to write unfathomable amounts of text, vet or not vet it any way they like, then publish it in various ways. Whether this is through Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Websites claiming to be media outlets, meme snippets ... all off this is already happening right now. And it will only grow in scale.
